Spass rejected twice

Hi guys!

Matagal nako nagbabasa dito sa forum na ito and ngayon naisipan ko mag member at mag post.

Ika 3rd month ko na dito sa SG and kaka reject lang ng spass application ko for the second time for the reason that I really dont know. Yung first time is because of quota issue. Ngayon nawawalan na ko ng pagasa dahil bakit hindi maapprove approve ang pass ko. Parang gusto ko na umuwi. If sakaling makasecure ako ulit ng isa pang job at applyan nila ako ng pass, may chance kaya na maapprove pa? Ang lungkot. Hehe.

  • @pc2017 meron naman as long may company gusto mag hire syo at nag apply ng pass mo....don't loose hope......eat...pray and play...........hehehe habang may buhay may pag asa.....basta dapat buo ang loob mo sa mga pagsubok pag nakapag start ka na dto.....dahil kalaban ng mga nag aabroad is the HOMESICK & BOREDOM ......yung gustong gusto mo na umuwi dahil lang sa sama ng loob mo sa mga kasama mo sa work at minsan dagdagan pa ng if yung kasama mo sa bahay di mo rin kasundo..lol..

  • I just talked to my employer, he really wanted me to be part of his company, nararamdaman ko yun based on his efforts. So he asked me if I could wait until August kasi magkakaron daw siya ng additional quota, so uwi daw muna ako ng pinas and maghintay til august tapos iaapply niya ulit. He even suggested na if say August ma reject pa din, babayaran niya yung june at july ko kahit di ako nagwork sakanya. What am i gonna do? Should I look for another employer habang andito pa ako? By the way, hanggang June 25 pa ako dito.

  • @pc2017 Apply apply ka pa din sa iba habang andito ka pa.Sayang din yung 3 weeks na natitira sa SVP mo.
  • @pc2017 salamat sa pag share dito. usually ang reason for rejection is no quota. if sa service sector ka mas lesser quota for s pass. anu po ba yung field na inaapplyan natin?
  • @carpejem yes, I have that feeling too. Kaya nagdadalawang isip ako maghanap ng ibang employer kasi nakikita ko naman na he's really working on it, to have me on his company.

    @Samantha1 Architecture/Construction ako, yung first rejection ko is Architectural Consultancy, kaso wala sila quota, yung second is Construction Industry, I do not know why my application got rejected.
  • if feeling mo sincere nman yung company then give them a chance, what is two months..sandal lang nman yun..
  • Kung wla prob sa job experience I think may rason din kung bkit nrreject yung pass dhl mbaba salary offer at mnsan under investigation yung company. Mrami kcng company dito pasok ng pasok ng foreigners kht wlang quota.

  • Sa experience ko po. Agency ang nag-apply sakin ng spass. Sa contract nakalagay doon na ang agency na yon ang employer ko at sila ang hahawak ng payroll ko. Idedeploy lang nila ako sa isang Client nila para doon magwork as consultant.

    Walang problema sa spass quota ang agency, walang problem sa work experience at salary.

    Ang kaso rejected pa din. Dahil sabi ng MOM dapat yung client na kung saan ako idedeploy eh ang dapat mag-apply sakin ng spass at hindi ang agency.

    Pwede lang yon kung EPass ang i-apply sakin ng agency para madeploy nila ako sa Client na yon.

    Nagulat din yung agency kung bago ba na regulation yon ng MOM.
