  • Meron po ba kayp marefer na It Desktop or helpdesk ? hahanap. po ako ngayon..kahit na ano job na hindi fnb kc wla ako alam doon.
  • Malabo yan position na yan. Sobra madami na kasi locals na may ganyang skills. IT support din ako and yan din inapplyan ko. Pero wala talaga. Kung mapapansin mo kasi, kahit no exp tinatanggap nila for locals. So bat pa sila gagastos for foreign levy if kaya ng locals. Hindi lang ata 400 applications ang naipasa ko kaso negative.
  • You have to understand the demographics kasi, sa Pinas madaming demand for that job dahil sa BPU hub ang Pinas ng mga English speaking countries to do consumer, employee, user support. SG is a multi-racial and multi-lingual country, hindi lamang English ang main language. At yung mga end-user, consumer, tech and helpdesk support jobs nila dito ay targeted nila for local demographics dahil di naman sila outsourcing hub for support jobs. Kaya karamihan for that job is part of requirement is multi-lingual at locals who understands the culture.
In fact may mga malalaking SG companies na ang call-centers at tech-support ay nasa Pinas din, kaya mababa talaga demand for that job dito lalo na for foreigners.

  • Yung nga..kaya mahirap tlga..Kelangan upgrade ng skills pa more..Gamern.. 650 SGD m nga levy ngayon kaya suntok as bwan if matanggap ka pa. Mga iba KC companies n call centers do dto Gusto nila Pinoy KC mas fluent iba at mdmi exp . And mas mapasensya tayo. Yun lang quota at levy ang issue kht n gusto ng company as iyo at Klang Sila ng manpower.
  • "Mga iba KC companies n call centers do dto Gusto nila Pinoy KC mas fluent iba at mdmi exp"

I think that is no longer true, yang ganyang sentiment ng karamihan sa atin ay ego na lang yan. Local call center for companies and local customers mas prefer nila yung local english speaker at local accent. Sa Pinas main requirement ang English fluency and accent kasi nga ang target customers are in UK or US or primary english users. Dito multi-lingual ang target mainly mandarin speakers.

Point, kung call center job ang target niyo dito, better stay in the PH or gain other skills and experience, be a subject matter expert.
  • kaht ano target ko pra mkkuha job dto pref lng itt support or helpdesk. hehe sa pinas mdmi wrk for Sme. callcenter agents, . etc pero puro gravevyrd kalimitan kaya i prefer dto n lng. bigger salary. day time job or til 11pm lng . though my gy iba pero bbhra. Hopefully some guys here can help out. nakita ko nga din it sales n nkpost dito. try ko din. if meh iba n meh alam n iba pa n job. pls inform po.
  • hello clarkies. mnay i check your resume?kindly pm me
    thanks
  • bkit kaya puro negative ung response ditto like parang ayaw nyo makakuha ng work ung kababayan nyo ahaha well ganon tlaga mga pinoy sa abroad right. lahat ata ng thread you can sense pang didiscourage, hahaha more power sa inyo ahaha
  • Yun po talaga ang reality sir. Imagine ang BPO/ITO company dyan sa Pinas, if may mag apply na foreigner tapos itatapat mo sa local pinoys, sino magiging mas preferred i-hire ng HR, team lead, etc.? Unless talagang unique yung skills/experience mo or kulang yung talent sa bansa.

money and time that may be better spent sa mas fruitful na endeavor like skill and knowledge upgrading.
