Alam naman natin na para sa mga pass holders, work here in SG is temporary so madalas ang tanging paraan eh magstay sa current company hanggang narerenew or lumipat sa iba.

Ask ko ln kung ano ang mga things na kinoconsider mo pag lilipat ka sa ibang company? Bukod sa high pay grade, pass quota.

Salamat sa inputs...

Simulan ko na:

1. Good leader/boss - eto yung output driven at ndi rude sa employees
2. Work life balance
3. Paid leaves

    sa pay as long as within industry rate ok na ako, kahit slightly below pa basta:

    1. Good manager/leader > fair, smart, reasonable, respectful, motivates everyone below him/her to work smart and learn
    2. Overall Benefits > Reasonable amount of paid leaves per year yung hindi bababa ng 14, medical/hospitalization insurance coverage, plus na kung may dental. Working hours flexibility.
    3. Growth > kahit static position over the years pero may growth in terms of knowledge and salary ok na, sa industry ko naman hindi level ng position nag didikta ng growth more on skills, experience, and pay grade.
    4. Culture > I avoid staying sa employers na excessive ang OT culture, may mali sa process, work culture and ethics nila pag ganun, kailangan itama, pero kung ayaw umayos at mag improve, kahit malaki pa sweldo, not worth it.
  • add - focus on productivity not on work attendance.
  • Agree ako sa inyo.

    Maidagdag ko lang. since i'm in IT, lagi ko nicoconsider yung type of product ng company. Iba pa rin if naniniwala ka sa product na ginagawa mo.

    May offer ako dati...ang laki ng offer pero online gambling (no offense meant sa mga nagtatrabaho dito sa industry na to. Peace!). Di ko tinanggap...kasi di rin naman ako nag gaganon. :D
