I need any suggestions or tips during travel or some Immigration Question Tips.

Hi po. Good day! I am from Davao City and planning to go to SG this coming December. Flight will be on December 24, 2017 (Christmas Eve). I’m quite unprepared kaya hingi sana ako any advice, suggestions or tips regarding the travel esp. sa mga IO questions.

So, here it goes. Me and my friends are going to SG as a tourist. 4 kami (all girls) and may kasama kaming 1 tour guide to SG. Ganto yan, We’ll be staying there for about a week (our time frame is Christmas para din maranasan namin mag spend ng Christmas in SG.) but in this case, maiiwan kami sa SG to look for a job. Babalik agad yung tour guide namin. Pero tourist kami from here ha? So, ang tanong is what might be any possible implications na pde kaming ma offload sa Immigration? Bale ung kasama ko is pinsan ko tpos ung dalawang kasama din namin is magpinsan din sila but then magkakilala na kmi ha for about 3 months. Me and my cousin are employed and meron kming id’s from our employer. Pero ung kasama nmin na magcousin is student ung isa and ung isa is unemployed. Any suggestions po? Glad to hear any comments po. Thank you so much. God bless!

  • @thejermenation - Singapore Christmas vacation wow! Enjoy your stay here!

ung tour guide nyo bakit nyo pa isasama? kakilala? anu yan binayaran nyo separately? or kasama sa package? kailangan nyo ba talaga ng tour guide OR sinama nyo pa para mapanatag loob nyo sa PH IO?

Lahat ba kayo is first time out of the country? kung yes, be ready for questioning.

    Return tickets
    Accommodation
    Show money/Credit cards

Kung hindi nyo naman perstym, mukang swabe lang yan kasi holiday season naman nun so in general, dapat maluwag sila for tourists.

Suggestion ko is relax lang, pormang turista at walang kakaba-kaba.

    Good luck!

  • Hi @Kebs :) Thank you for the reply.

And yes, first time namin lahat. But based sa work, kami lang nang pinsan ko ung employed. Ung magpinsan na kasama namin is unemployed and student.

Meron kmi debit card ung sa BDO Savings Kabayan which is remittance from abroad. And pag show money po, mga how much po kaya estimated na pumasa sa Immigration? Ung allowance lang na good for 1 week. Mga ilan po kaya? Pasensya na madami tanong. 1st time kse. Tpos kelangan pba nang ITR? Baka po kse hahanapan kmi or what. Salamat po ulit sa reply. Gandang araw!
  • If guided tour, i think wala naman po problem. We've done that before pero hindi sa sg. Just prepare necesary docs. Goodluck and don't forget to have fun.

And yes, first time namin lahat. But based sa work, kami lang nang pinsan ko ung employed. Ung magpinsan na kasama namin is unemployed and student. - company IDs at student ID dalin nalang. ung unemployed pag tinanong basta sabihin nya tour lang at vacation.

pano po pag walang credit card? - ok lang basta me enough cash to cover your stay

debit card - yan pwede din yan

And pag show money po, mga how much po kaya estimated na pumasa sa Immigration? - not really sure on this pero ako hinanapan ng show money dati for a 5-day trip and pinakita ko is 30,000 pesos at 1 credit card at resibo na bayad na ang hotel.

passbook - alam ko hindi naman to magagamit overseas so walang bearing

Tpos kelangan pba nang ITR? - hindi po

guided tour naman ika nga ni @goblinsbride so relax lang. who know wala naman palang tanung-tanung na mangyayari. just be ready in case.

  • Thank you sa info @Kebs , Last question po is, pag ba nag apply kami dun hahanapan po ba kmi credentials? Like diploma or TOR? Tpos baka mkita pag nasa immigration po. Ung credentials po ba is need pa nang red ribbon or ano? Un lang po thanks.
  • @thejermenation

    Good luck!

  • Thank you so much for that information @Kebs . God bless. Hehehehe.
  • @thejermenation Tip: Don't thinks so much, just relax. God bless you!
