Got the IPA (YEY!). Now what?

(Yey!) Currently nasa pinas.
2. Anong mga documents ang kelangan meron ako before mag process?
3. San ako pupunta una and next next next?

  • @kingofalltrades Meron ako mahaba post and sagot sa previous thread na am not sure if ikaw nag start nun or what basta it was about POEA and all that stuff. Hanapin mo nlg. Well all up to you. If you want peace of mind and 100% guarantee na makakalabas ka without any question or possibility na ma offoad eh mag POEA ka. Ticket mo wala na goodbye and you will end up processing for POEA pa rin.
  • punta kanalang uli dito.. sama mo family mo.. 1 week vacation.
  • Congratulations! If less hustle exit PH better for u, once ur in SG ur IPA must be presented if may asked.
  • hassle. hustle. :#
    peace
  • @kurdaps buti nalang walang *r pa, hehe.
pareho naman na state of activity sila pag noun.
sensya na iba school ko, peace! hehe

    1. kung magtotourist po ba pabalik tapos na offload, wala bang ibang consequence like di makabalik agad kahit iprocess sa POEA? or yung perang pang ticket lng ang mawawala?

    2. mas ok ba na dumaan muna sa KL as tourist for like 3 days? tapos from there pwde bang IPA(na hindi na process sa POEA) nlng ipa kita ko sa IO nila papuntang SG? mas safe ba pag ganun?
  • @kingofalltrades

Actually yung issue mo dyan is makalabas ng Pinas. If that's the case, ticket mo hindi ma rerefund kundi travel tax mo lang. Then you will still end up processing your POEA. If ever naman ma offload ka and matapos ka sa POEA mo kahit fly ka agad wala na kaso yan sa IO kc documented OFW kang lalabas. If you are going to ask me, I prefer na mag POEA na lang. Tyagain mo na lang but it's all up to you. Kc ako ganyan ginawa ko. Nandyan na rin ako sa atin when I got my pass approved.
  • @PinkPasta
sa nabasa ko po dito (https://ofwmoney.org/guide/direct-hire-requirements/).

"Employment Contract/Agreement must be verified and duly authenticated by Philippine Embassy" - pano yun? hindi ata kumuha ng agency yung company ko and I don't think they have the time go to Philippine Embassy for this.
  • @kingofalltrades tagged you sa ibang thread kc andun sagot ko sa sa question mo dati and may image dun sa doc na I think you are referring to.

  • @kingofalltrades

Up to you if you want to risk it na bumalik as tourist but I tell you chances are ma offload ka talaga at kagagaling mo lang dito. Yun nga kasama ko 3 mos na sya nasa Pinas tapos nung nagkawork ulit nag take risk bumalik as tourist pero na offload. But if that's what you really want then it's all up to you. Yes, ticket lang masasayang. Wala na delays or whatsoever kc the moment na nag POEA kna makakaalis kna talaga regardless kung na offload ka man.
  • @kingofalltrades punta kanalang Thailand or HK kung ayaw mo dumaan ng POEA.. or kung may asawa ka or anak, isama mo sila papunta dito sa SG.
  • @Vincent17 yung po plano ko, magHK nlng muna for 3 days then from there, 3 days ulit sa SG. Kasi kanina pumunta ako sa POEA, sabi kelangan daw ng agency (new rules since aug 2017). Pumunta ako sa mga agency, sabi kelangan daw iregister yung company muna sa POEA which will take 1 - 2 months to process.

So tangin option ko is to go as tourist.

    Situation ko:
    1. Kakaalis ko lng as homebase - pero last payout ko is nung April 13 so kapani-paniwala pang employed at nasa company pa ako.
    3. Meron na akong dalang IPA at contract from the company that hired me in SG.
    4. May enough show money nmn incase magtanong ang IO. At least magdadala ako 30k PHP.

    Questions:
    1. What are the chances na ma offload ako sa MNL palang na IO papuntang HK?
    2. What are the chances na ma offload ako sa HK na IO papuntang SG?
(in this case, di ko na kelangan mag book ng HK - SG - MNL)
