This position needs a highly innovative and detailed individual. This person would be an individual contributor reporting to Design Manager. Ideal candidate would have the hands-on work experience with WiFi or WiMAX chipset, RF Microwave Circuit design.
Job Scope:
• Circuit design of Novel, High Performance RF Circuits (MHz-GHz). Demonstrate and document product and circuit robustness using computer simulations, conventional analysis and standard testing methodologies.
• IEEE 802.11/IEEE 802.16 System Design.
• Constantly interact with the layout designers and contribute to deliver the PCB lay out Gerber with high quality and zero bugs.
• Participate and contribute to System Level Architecture, Hardware Analysis and Design Reviews.
• Mixed Signal and Linear Power Supply Design accompanying the RF circuits.
• Carry out System Characterization & Design Validation testing.
• Exposure to working with RF equipment’s such as Spectrum Analysers, Network Analysers, VNAs, VSAs.
• Ability to work cooperatively in team environment.
Requirements:
• Bachelor/Master Degree in Electronics/Communication Engineering.
• 3-5 years experience as an RF Microwave Hardware Design Engineer contributing to the various stages of product development cycle.
• Hands on experience on Linear, Digital & Mixed signal Circuit design.
• Experience in Frequency Synthesizers (MHz-GHz) & VCO circuits.
• Proven track record in delivering telecom products (from concept to production); wireless related is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
