  • kausapin nio ung main tenant, kasi ang main tenant / owner kadalasan nagtitiis/napipilitan lang yan kasi mahirap maghanap ng kapalit..

Next time pag contract is written to be sign, investigate everything before signing. " Not on the paper, no talk agreement", everthing agreed in the talk must be written on the paper for signature. Parang barok English pero yan po ang short of it.
