Regarding OEC and Roundtrip Ticket

Plan ko mgbakasyon sa pinas end of Feb or 1st week of March kasi manganganak asawa ko. Anyway ayko kc hastle ppnta at pagbalik ko ng pinas since wla akong OEC. Pmnta ako SG as tourist and i have my IPA pero d dumaan sa POEA/OWWA. Help nmn kung pano po ang process dito sa SG?

Next is the ticket..pde bang bmli ng ticket sa pinas traveling from SG to PINAS roundtrip or dito din ako bibili sa mga travel agency sa lucky plaza? Nghahanap kc ako ng mas mkakamura hehe thanks sa mga sasagot.
