My take on this Is hayaan mo nalang, since may bago ka ng employer.
  • @ira1986 kung willing ka ma-hassel go for it. my advise is palampasin mo na at baka madawit pa at gulo.

" I'm worried Na wala din mangyare..."

^that statement of yours, depende yan sayo hindi sa MOM, kung mag susumbong/reklamo ka aaksunan nila yan sigurado, that is a fact dito sa Sg.

Antanong jan is me ebidensha kaba to support your complain?

tandaan, it's not about what you know, it's about what you can prove in court.

@ira1986 Year 2013 my friend has been sacked by company A, fortunately find new Job company B. After settling, he lodge to MOM (underpaid against declared salary) and there were case hearings (which affected) his current job. To cut it short (after a few months) He won the case, Company A was closed down, employer was jailed and fined. Unfortunately, MOM advised to Stay out in SG for a year (cool down) & some part saction as he agreed in the latter agreement (being underpaid). They gave him until 6 months to work at company B. He came back to SG after 1 year but very difficult to find job until he went back to PH again.

Lesson: Forget and move on and enjoy your life with your new job.

dagdag lang personal experience, if under Epass ka take note you have to engage your own lawyer
    (private lawyer)
  • @ira1986 madami case sayo declared salary sa mom is different from their actual pay. hehehe kasi no choice at kailangan hanap muna work then find a better one after. sounds like your company local. kadalasan mga local company ganun sila umasta.
  • @ira1986 for me, just let go and move on.

and by the way, ngyari na saken yan.

Tumagal pa nga ako ng mahigit 3 years. First company ko kasi yun.
