Isa po ako sa mga nagtangkang maghanap ng trabaho sa SG pero di ako pinalad sa unang try ko kasi na reject yun pass ko.Dahil doon bumalik ako ng Pilipinas. Pero yun company na pinasukan ko balak nilang i-reapply yun pass ko .Ang tanong ko po ano po kayang magandang gawin para di ako paghinalaan sa immigration natin?..kung sakaling magkaIPA ako ..

POEA Guidelines
Yung employment contract dapat yung terms ay approved ng Phil embassy. tawag ka sa embassy kung ano yung terms. and then ask your company if they are willing to draft a contract for you with those terms.

if I recall yung steps etoh yung ginawa ko.
1. nag sign up ng account sa bmonline website. dun mismo ako nakapagset ng appointment sa POEA (dun the harap ng Robinsons Galeria sa EDSA) ginawa ko to while I was on vacation.
2. punta ko sa POEA, binigayan ako ng form, kung meron ka na appointment diretcho pasok sa loob sa time allocation mo. kung wala kang application I think hintay ka sa labas with the crowd.
3. Mabilis lang pag pasok. naka batch na kayo, so tayo na lang pag tinawag na number mo. 10 minutes lang siguro ako nag hintay.
4. ang hiningi sakin: Passport, actual employment pass ng SG,actual contract (original version from 2 years ago ha! pero photocopy lang meron ako so no choice sila tinangap din photocopy) and company ID
5. after nun, they will give u a slip para pumunta ako sa window sa labas para mag bayad ng OWWA insurance/membership plus OEC (pero ngayon wala na yung OEC)
and that's it. 5 years na ao ditto at di na ako bumalik pa sa POEA ever. tapos ngayon yung OEC exemption na lang sa bmonline
