Duplicate Pass Application

Sorry, pero alam ko duplicate na tong topic. Naalala ko nabasa ko na tong scenario na to kaso hindi ko lang makita ung thread.
Ito ung case ko ngaun.
I was interviewed by 2 employers, (I'll call them Employer 1 and 2).
Employer 1 interviewed me (Aug. 10) I am under a recruiter. And nung Aug. 15 the recruiter asked me to run SAT (self assessment tool) and input the salary based on what we discussed during interview. Then asked me send them the screen shot of the form and results, result sa SAT is possible daw S-Pass lang ako. Hindi naman nila sinabi na i-aapply na nila ako sa MOM, hindi din kinuha mga docs ko (COE, TOR, Diploma, etc.). Medyo mahirap ung coordination, via recruiter kasi ako kay Employer 1 at medyo tamad magreply si recruiter kahit everyday ako halos nagpafollow-up regarding status.
Then the following day (Aug. 17), nainterview ako ni Employer 2, on that same day kinuha nila ung documents ko then the next day (which is today, Aug. 18) i-apply daw nila ko for Pass.
Ang problem ko ngaun, nagfollow-up ulit ako ngaun kay recruiter for Employer 1 and sabi nag pass na sila ng application sa MOM nung Aug. 15 pa. Pero wala sila binibigay sa akin na FIN or reference number para ma-check ko. Then ang sabi pa, nag adjust daw sila ng salary ko pra lang sa application, as is pa din ung initial na napag-usapan namin sa salary. (Parag mas nagduda ako kung dapat pa ba ako tumuloy sa kanila)
Ang prefer ko kasi sana na company ung Employer 2. Tapos madali sila kausap, direct, and permanent din kasi sa kanila.
And gusto ko ung role nabigay nila.
Ano best na gawin?
Kausapin ko ba si Employer 1 to cancel para maprocess ni Employer 2 ung pass ko? Ang alam ko hindi pwede 2 applications for the same person.
Or may way para mapacancel ko application ni Employer 1? Although nanghihinayang ako kasi alam ko mahirap kumuha ng work.

Oo, as per recruiter, Employer 1 has already filed for Pass since Aug. 15 pa. And they made adjustments pa nga daw sa salary since hindi pwede sa E-Pass ung offer nila. Pero wala naman binibigay sa akin na kahit anong information about the application.
Allowed pala ung 2 applications from 2 employers for the same employee?
Since nauna si Employer 1 magpasa sa MOM at kung hindi na-approve, automatic pala ikoconsider ni MOM si ung application ni Employer 2 naman? At kung ma-approve naman, ipacancel ko na lng...
Pwede pala wait and see ako, then act base on the outcome?
Kaso 11 days na lang ako dito.
Minsan, pag dika pwede sa Spass, talagang Epass ka ipapasok, pero ibang usapan na naman yan, need to increase your declared salary.
Allowed naman, pero once na na-approved or under process yung isa, ma-pending naman yung isa,

Ah, common work around pala ng employer ung adjustment ng salary.Medyo kinabahan ako eh, halos abot kamay na kasi baka mamaya dahil dun pa ako madali.
Tiningnan ko kasi sa MOM site, kailangan ng FIN. Hingin ko na lang kay recruiter para mamonitor ko agad and ma-pacancel ko if in case ma-approve?

Pero goal ni employer 1, maapprove ako for epass, pero walang adjustment sa totong salary.
paapply kna sa Emp2, pero sabihin mo ung totoo na my pending EP ka sa emp1.
Actually sir during interview sinabi ko may isang employer na nagpatry na mag SAT sa akin kaso walang confirmation kung iaapply na ako ng pass.
Sige contactkin ko si employer 2 sabihin ko na nagconfirm na si employer 1 na nagpass sila sa mom.
Try mo online, if wala kang FIN, pwede kang mag pa suyo sa mga kakilala mo na may pass or PM mo ako, icheck ko
Pag hindi pwede, at least alam ko na hindi seryoso tong kay employer 1. Bka fall back lang din ako ng mga to.
Kay Employer 2 kasi hiningi na nila kahapon ng hapon, kaya tingin ko seryoso sila na ipapasa talaga nila ngaun.
For both, wala pa sir.
For Employer 1 = wala pa ako nafill-up na Work pass application pero pinatry ako Self Assessment Tool, then hiningi screenshots nung form at results.
For Employer 2 = wala pa ako nafill-up na Work pass application. or SAT.
kasi ang pagkakaalam ko need iattach ung form sa pagapply ng pass.
Ah, ganun ba.
Sige basahin ko din ulit ung FAQ sa MOM site. Baka may namiss naman ako.
Employer 1=passport #, expiry nabigay ko na day 1 pa lang. Pero wala sila copy ng any docs.
Employer 2 = kumpleto na sila scanned copies ng docs ko, passport, coe, tor, certificates.
Pero for both employers, wala pa ako napirmahan na work pass application. Based sa advised nila kailangan pa may pirmahan ako na form (work pass application form) before makapagsubmit ang employer ng application.
Sige, makipagcoordinate pa ako sa employers, especially kay employer 2. Para mauna sila ng application kung talagang interested sila ihire ako.
I-follow up ko na lang mga employers. Wag titigil until may Pass at contract na.
Use muna your friend's fin and name kung wala ka pang name
Tapos i key in mo ang passport no mo sa travel document no and lalabas kung meron or wala
Re sa declaration ng salary and actual salary, i suggest inegotiate mo. Dapat kung ang declared ganun ang makukuha, kapg nagkaalaman ikaw ang dehado
Minsan kasi kapit patalim na tayo pero hindi natin alam ang implication neto in the future. Kung hindi kayang ibigay ng employer hanap ulet ng iba.
Mahirap maghanap ng work pero mas mahirap kung ma ban ka sa singapore dahil pumayag ka sa kalokohan ng employer.

Sige, kausapin ko din ulit sa monday ung employer 1, nag ooffer na din kasi na idirect/permanent na lang ako. So baka hindi ko nai-entertain ung plans ni recruiter. Tama kayo, risky din.
Pero sana kahit isa dun sa offer sa akin maging successful, un talaga pinagdadasal ko ngaun.
Baka may suggestion kayo, in case hindi ma-approve ung work pass before expiration ng visa ko, mas ok ba umuwi muna ako sa pinas while waiting?
Iniisip ko kasi kung sa KL or Thailand, baka matagalan ung approval (3 weeks to 1 month daw). At baka hindi din ako papasukin ng ulit ng SG kung may pending work pass application pa din ako.
Anyway, (incase), pag-uuwi ka sa Pinas, hindi mo naman pwedeng ipakita yung IPA (approved Work Pass) mo sa IO, i-redirect ka nila sa POEA, Although safer kaso you need to wait for the process. Bumalik ka nalang dito as Tourist (need to buy RT). Pareho din yan kung sa MY or THAI ka nag exit. Sometimes matagal narin ang processo sa MOM.
Umuwi po ba kayo pinas or exit ibang bansa?
