Employment Application

May question ako kababayan, aware ako na may salary bracket ang S-PASS and E-PASS.
I have a job offer na pasok sa E-PASS pero sabi ng company ko ang maissue lang daw nila sakin is S-PASS.
Hindi pa ako pumipirma ng contract kasi nakalagay dun that this will be subject to the approval of a valid work pass from MOM.
Having said that, since S-PASS lang ang i-apply sakin, baka bigla nilang sabihin na 3500 SGD lang ang salary ko since it is the maximum for SPASS.

1. Nangyayari ba talaga to na SPASS pero salary is pang E-PASS?

Thank you.
