Opo nag email at whatsapp na po ako sa kanila pero until now wala pa pong reply. Ibig sbihin mo kapag hindi na sila nag appeal, pahirapan padin pumasok ulit as tourist kasi makikita ng immigration as rejected pass ako? Better bang umuwi.nalang po ako and try again nxt yr?
Akala ko po kasi mahirap lang pumasok kapag pending... pti pla kapag rejected.
Though may mga swerte talaga na 30 days ulit na chop, madami din yung denied entry.
Wait mo muna action ng employer mo. Don't surrender yet.
about appeal, hindi mo masasabi gano katagal pwedeng few days or 3-4 weeks, unknown factor kung sino ung mabibilis ang result ng appeal at sino matatagal kaya nothing to gain on thinking about it, just ask them kung mag appeal sila o hindi. ang mahirap lng sa appeal eh kapag tumagal na pending, hindi ka maplayan ng new application ng bago/ibang employer hanggat pending yun.

Usually it takes 2-4 weeks to appeal, you may go back to PH first or Come to SG and fine new Employer.
Regarding sa SAT for Spass, sigurado bang may Quota sila ng FT? Believed meron naman. You can ask HR to check with MOM what went wrong.

Baka kaya po wala nang kahirap hirap kasi ang laki na ng gap. From 2015. Tas dec pa ng 2016 sya bumalik. Sa case ko kasi gusto ko sana magtry ulit if ever di nila appeal.
Pero since inappeal naman na daw nila. Dunno kung panu yun nagwowork, still seeing rejected e. Hintayin ko nalang muna results dito sa thailand. Or sa pinas...
Yung employer ko po nag pasa na daw po sila ng appeal and it takes 3 to 5 weeks daw yun to process. Pero gusto nila magstart ako ng work on monday.
Sabi ko may friend ako na na A to A just last week kasi ganun din sinabi ng employer. Ito yung exact na sinabi nya
"I see please check with the immigration if you can enter to Singapore or not. Let me know once you have check. Thanks"
Ano ibigsbihin nya? Mag book ako at magtry pumasok? Or pwede ba tawagan ICA? San kaya ako makakahanap ng proof na bawal yun?

kahit local company pa yang employer mo na nagsasabi na mag start ka na, BAWAL pa din yan, at dahil wala ka naman pass, di ka covered ng manpower act, so di sila obliged bayaran ka, at kung di ka bayaran at mag rereklamo ka, eh mas pina komplikado mo lang buhay mo.
Yung kakilala ko nag appeal 1 week lang approved na. Depende kasi sa requirements.

then nung sinabi ko na e apply muna nila yung pass, hnd na ko inupdate. hindi nila inapply..
much better kung sundin mo nalang advice ng iba na sa pinas ka nalang mag hintay. dahil kung gusto ka talaga ng employer, papayag sila and alam naman nila na bawal mag work ng walang pass.
Kaya nga mag regulations ang MOM to prevent those cases from happening, kaya dapat mg trabaho lang kapag may pass, pumayag lang na i-apply ng pass after mabasa at mag agree sa job contract/offer.
Currently still here in Thailand. Ayaw ako pauwiin ng mama ko hahaha. Mas matagal na yata ang stay ko dito kesa sa pag job hunt ko sa SG. Lol.

Para sa mga naghahanap ng work sa SG i still and always ask them.. Bakit? Alam ba nila kung ano ang pinapasok nila?
At lalo na dun sa mga mas bata, hindi niyo lang alam na madaming option diyan.
If i were a kid again and had the money too job hunt in another country id pick a western one. For obvious reasons.
