SPASS Application and Exiting

Just wanted to ask fellow Pinoys here for some insight
1. I'm currently in SG as I had a final interview with a company na gusto ako i-hire. After the interview, they sent me a message na offered the position to me and I accepted. Nag-apply na din sila ng SPass ko. It's pending since Feb 13, 2018. Tapos CNY so a bit of delay sa processing. Last Feb 15 ko lang nalaman about sa Self Assesment Tool ng MOM. I keyed in my details pati yung sa employment offer sakin and salary. Result is rejected daw yung ganung application, so I keyed in higher salary, nag-positive sya. May mga members ba dito na rejected sa SAT tapos approved naman yung Pass? Also ano usually yung time frame ng Spass applications nowadays ? As I have read before almost less than a week siya or 2 weeks at most.
2. Also my Tourist visa will expire on March 4 so I wanted to exit sana sa KL sa 23-25 to have a bit of time pa to stay in SG. Kung ma-hold ba ako sa IO, okay lang ideclare ko na pending yung application ko since they might also see it in their system or do I just tell them I am going back tp PH as I have return ticket ng March 1? Baka kasi until March 1 lang din ibigay sakin if ever
I hope may makapag-bigay po ng advise kasi super natataranta ako huhu. Also for added info, never had experience working in SG. First time applicant din ng SPass.

Bakit eexit kna agad? Wait mo result until Mar3, pag wala pa rin,saka ka magexit. Pero most probably may result na yan by then kung feb13 pa pala inapply.

same lang din un makikita nila na may pending pass ka, or kung nareject man ung pass wag naman sana, makikita rin nila un pagbalik mo sa SG na nareject pass mo.. magkano sahod mo? at ilang taon kana, anong work? gbu
Balak ko po mag-exit kasi mas mahirap umuwi ng PH para mag-antay tapos po babalik ng SG upon approval

Mejo tinigil ko po muna yung applying kasi po baka may mag-offer ulit tapos may pending na ako, kung mag-aaply po ako tapos they also want to get me, pwede po ba yung dalawa yung application ng Spass ?
Kung matapos po tourist pass ko ng Mar 4 and if ever po na God-willing ma-grant po ako ng another 30days after exit ko, kung matapos ko po ulit 30 days ko ng wala padin yung approval, back to PH nalang po muna ulit ako ?
Pasensya po sa never ending questions, limited lang din po kasi kakilala ko na working sa SG

Ke itodo mo or hindi ung 30days stay mo, walang assurance na makakalusot ka sa immig pagbalik mo. Might as well,sulitin ang 30days and apply lang ng apply hanggat dpa naaapprove.
Take risk na din po ako kasi yung flight back ko is booked sa end po ng 30days ko so inisip ko nalang na ma-grant or hindi yung another 30 days atleast nag-take chance ako kahit paano hehe
