  • yap, nangyayari yan. kasi kahit S-Pass or E-Pass ang apply sayo ng company, mom pa rin ang magbibigay ng either S or P if they deemed qualified

    pero kung malaki ang difference ng sweldo (malaki ang binaba), maaaring maging dahilan yan ng rejection. may kaibigan kami na umuwi na ng Pinas kasi hindi na ma-approve pass nya. yung huling kumpanya nya ay E-pass sya at malaki sweldo. kaso yung mga bago ay pang S-pass ang range ng sweldo

  • OMG! Yun din worry ko... pag mag appeal ba sasabihin reason bakit nareject?
  • normally generic ang reason pag REJECT ang application. not sure kung yung company mo ay may access sa actual reason
  • @FairLady , one of my colleague was rejected last year. The reason is because sa application, nakalagay is "Employment Pass Only". So, it means depende pa din sa application ng HR nyo, there is option na EP or Spass and EP only. Our company only need EP since wla na quota for Spass, and nagtaas na ang quota sa EP, though pasado sa Spass, pero application states EP only. Our HR went to MOM to appeal and submitted all the docs (TOR / degree / etc), and within 3 weeks nakuha naman resulta. For some reason, pinayagan naman maging Spass, though sbi nga ng HR nmin technically wla na dw kmi slot for Spass. Discretion pa din tlga ng MOM. Kaya mapapansin nyo, matic na nkalagay sa application is Employment Pass. Pero na-aapprove as Spass, kasi nga ung application is EP or Spass sa application form. Hope this helps.

  • @FairLady Yes, it's possible. It happened to me kaya don't worry too much. Not unless may ibang prob pa and issue like quota and docs then wala ka dapat ikabahala :)
