Student Pass for ChildCare
My husband and I are both working in Singapore but our salary didn’t meet the requirement to request for Dependent Pass for my 2yr old son.
We found a school who applied for his student pass but was rejected by ICA.
I went to ICA office and seek advice from them on the reason of rejection but they cannot disclose it and adviced for option to reappeal.
Requirements are 1.) reappeal letter stating the reason and also justification to request approval 2.) supporting document that may think important for them to reconsider.
Is there anyone here who experienced the same? Can you please share what are the important documents we need to provide? Thank you.

- normal po yan sa mga rejection nila; generic ang sagot
suggest to continue with the appeal stating na gusto nyo makasama ang anak nyo. then hope and pray for the best

ikaw pa rin ang mag-apply ng Student Pass. may ibibigay lang na SOLAR number ang school once tinanggap nila ang anak mo sa school. ang SOLAR number ang gagamitin mo sa pag-apply ng student pass
ngayong primary na sila, yung current government primary school
kasi kung hindi nakakuha ng slot sa government school ang anak mo, may mga private schools na options. pero hindi lahat ay pwede pag anak ng PiAr, may mga school na ang pwede lang ay anak ng Pass holder
ang iba pang option mo ay mga international schools, kaso ang MAHAL (min around 15k per annum)
kung hindi pa nagsisimulang mag-aral dito ay pwede syang via AEIS
