SPASS.. NO RECORD FOUND IN EPOL

Hi po sa lahat...
May work experience po ako almost 9 years as work permit holder sa sg.. nagkaroon po ako ng bagong employer at ni try po nila mag apply ng SPASS last aug 10.. i have the screen shot copy from my employer that the application was made on that date. 
Question is.. bakit po hindi ko sya makita sa EPOL pag nag check po ako gamit ung application number ay NO RECORD FOUND po ang nakalagay.. 
Sabi kc sa ibang post dapat makikita ko na na pending.. wala po akong natapos na degree at base lang po sa expereince ung apply ko as supervisor.. before nila i applg ung aking SPASS hiningan pa ko ng company ng visa ko from South Africa and Angola dahil nag work din ako dun sabi nila need daw po ng government.. 
May posibilidad po ba na ma approve ung SPASS ko..
