@gayleeeR , I know from my previous job na malalaman ng company and issue. Well, dati pa yun, bka nag iba n nman sila ng patakaran. But gaya nga ng sabi ng iba, if company really knows that they hiring a legitimate candidate and give the right salary, pwede sila pmnta sa MOM to personally do the appeal. It was done to my colleague last time. Na approve ng sinamahan ng HR namin. Kumbaga, talagang pinaglaban.
