JOB OFFER not yet release.

Btw nasa pinas pala ako kaya iniisip ko nalang kaya sila naghire sa from pinas is baka di urgent yung position.

  • nung first week kapa lang nag follow up baka wala na yun? nag uusap pa ba kayo? kasama ba sa usapan nio na meron sinabe date kung kelan ka hhire? try mo mag follow up ngayon, misis ko din halos ganyan eh sa kanya job offer na pero naging bato pa bigla nag backout employer nasa pinas din sia nag aapply.
  • @imyours , personal opinion lang at wla ako experience or any friends na same scenario. Dapat cguro atleast nung 1st month, nag follow up ka ulet just to let them know that you're still engaged and interested sa position. Of course, apply pa din ng apply while waiting. Communication is the key, so either you drop them an email or kung ok sayo long distance call, tawagan si HR to clear things up. No harm in staying updated, minsan kasi need din i-chase yang mga hr at busy din.
  • eto pala yung last email nya tapos nireplyan ko lang and after nun di nako nagfollow up nagantay nalang ako baka kasi makulitan pag panay follow up eh. Nagyon medyo nagwoworry nako eh. iemail ko sya sana magreply.

  • Tanong, kelan ung last email nya???
  • That alone is a red flag on the company. Would not waste my time with them, kung ganyang approval lang ng salary ng recruit eh inaabot sila ng 2mos eh may mali na sa level of bureaucracy internally.
  • August 23 yan eh. mahirap kasi kung every week ifollowup eh baka isipin nagmamadali
  • may nabasa kasi ako dito yung kay @nana_cum_vexana 1 month mahigit bago lumabas JO nya kaya di na rin ako nagfollow up.
  • If they will really interested to hire you hindi aabutin ng 2 months ang JO. Job offer palang inaabot ng ganan katagal
  • after 1 month, pwede ka ulit sna mag follow up. Point is, iba iba ang org chart and process ng company. Libre mag follow up, and the worst reply you might get is rejection, na mas mabuti na kesa u left hanging. Kumbaga, merong closure.
  • Thanks @RDG . Nagfollow up na pala ako sana magreply. Nagchat narin ako sa skype. Sana matagal lang talaga process nila.
  • wait molang baka makulitan sayo..
  • @imyours , 1 month of waiting is more than enough reason for you to follow up. Hope for the best and nawa'y magkaron ng positive reply sayo. Balitaan mo kami. God bless!
GL and GBU!
  • @imyours move on and take other chances... habang naghihintay ka, pwede mo namang isabay mag-apply sa iba.

  • @imyours - don't focus on something you don't have control... hanap ka ng iba while waiting for that company pero wag mo asahan, you only stop looking for a job and going interview if a company apply your pass.

So kahit via email or verbal sasabihin nila na waiting or aapply na nila etc... wag ka pa rin tumigil humanap ng work dahil its not sure not until naka process yung pass mo.

Hi. May tanong din pala ako.

    Ito ung situation.

what if na apply kana ng pass at all tapos nagstart kana everything then after 2 months sinabihan ka nlng na i let go kana because u have 3 complaints.pero at the back of your mind kasi babalik ung pinalitan mo. may 3 complaints ka from customer oo pero may 3 compliments ka din from customer. then ang sabi bayad ung 2 next weeks na ndi nya pag pasok. nag apply na daw sila sa mom ng addtl quota. pero depende daw sa govt if bbgyan sila or ndi. pero the hr will try his best daw to keep ung employee.pero logically daw maghanap na din sya ng ibang work.paraa if may mahanap sya ndi na daw mahirapan both sides. and until now ndi pa din kinakansel ung pass ng employee.

  • 1. What u mean na apply? Dpat approved Pass bago ka mag start mag work.
    2. Granted na approved yung pass mo, and after 2 months, sinabihan ka na tatanggalin ka, thats the same as saying look for a new job as early as now. So for me, hanap na ng new work. If they keep you, thats good, pero kung hindi, atleast meron ka plan B.
  • Yup approved na pass niya tapos after 2 months sinabihan na sya na i let go na daw kasi may 3 complaints daw sya. tapos naisip din nya dahil siguro babalik na ung umalis na pinoy last time kaya ilelet go na din sya. pero sinabihan naman sya ng hr na he will try his best daw to keep that employee at bayad sya for the next 2 weeks na ndi sya nag work. at logically daw hanap na din sya ng new job. nag appeal na din daw sila sa mom na dagdagan ung quota may sinend daw sya about cpf sa mom. nung tumawag sya sa mom 14 days daw malaman ung result about sa pagdagdag ng quota kaya siguro 2 weeks din ung sabi ng HR. tingin nyo ba aasa pa ba si employee doon or i accept nlng lahat ng mangyayari?
  • Lower the expectation, hope for the best. As I've said, kung ako nsa kalagayan nya, I will look for a new opportunity NOW..Kumbaga, you have to react sa sinabi ni HR. If MOM declines the request, no choice si company but to let you go. So dapat si employee, nagawa din ung dapat nyang gawin the moment na nagsabi na si HR.
  • Sabagay. Tama ka nga naman. Let's just hope for the best :)
  • pakiusapan sana na gawin 1 month yung stay niya sa company para meron sia 1 month plus 1 month mag stay dito to look for a new job mahirap umasa sa mom lalo na mahigpit sila sa quota.
  • Tinanong naman nya if kelan ikakansel ung pass nya. wala pa daw fixed date na ikakansel ung pass nya sabi ng hr. kaya till now active pa din pass nya. May alam ba kayo na hiring? hehe

  • @stacey - kapag kinancel yung pass automatic 30 days you can stay in SG then need to exit atleast 5 days before going back... may letter from ICA na will serve as embarkation... so if hindi pa kina-cancel yung pass hanap na sya new work, para kapag cancel may 30 days pa sya.
  • Yup ganun na nga. So far wala pang binibigay na cancellation of pass. Kaya valid pa din pass nya. Grabe talaga dito noh. ndi talaga long term ang sg....

yap, no job security in SG. kasi kahit permanent employee ka, pwede ka pa rin tanggalin. best case lang ay pag maganda ang package
  • .Hi guys anu ba yung levy tax? kasi yun daw dahilan sa apply ko eh
  • If you employ Work Permit holders you may be limited by a quota for your industry. You will also have to pay a monthly levy for each worker. The foreign worker levy, commonly known as “levy”, is a pricing mechanism to regulate the number of foreign workers in Singapore.

good luck and God bless sa job hunting!!!
