  • 3000 SGD, sabi ko nga I'm willing to drop my asking to 2600 to cover the levy tax eh.
  • ung s pass kasi now $600 ang levy. Lagi isipin. May the best plan satin si GOD.
BTW 4 locals = 1 spass. So kung me nahire na 4 na lokal, mageeffect yang additional quota nxtmonth after pumasok CPF contri ng new hires na lokal. So mejo malabo xa kaya hanap2 na ng ibang work habang me pass pa xa.
  • @imyours move on na, hanap na ibang work.
  • @imyours , tama sila. Chin up and Move on. Ung company na nagha hire sayo should know na merong levy pag nag hire sila ng foreigner (aside sa EP / DP / LTVP) , common knowledge yan sa mga HR, eh bkit ka pa nila kinonsider tpos ssbhin na merong plang levy. Escape goat lang nila yun, and yes, merong nkapansin ng resume mo, so u know bankable ka dito sa SG. Wag mawawalan ng pag asa kabayan. God bless!

@maya yung pong 4 locals:1spass ratio (in general) sa Manufacturing/Construction/Process/Marine Shipyard, 6:1 sa Services.

    https://www.mom.gov.sg/passes-and-permits/work-permit-for-foreign-worker/foreign-worker-levy/calculate-foreign-worker-quota

To cater for any fluctuation in the number of local employees, we take the average of
three months’ CPF contributions. The months we use to calculate the average depend
on when you make the CPF contributions. If you make the CPF contributions by the 14th
of the same month, it will be included in next month’s quota calculation. For example, if
you make your employees’ July contributions:

 By 14 July, your quota for August will be based on the average of CPF
contributions in May, June and July.
 In August, your quota for August will be based on the average of CPF
contributions in April, May and June.
  • construction ako dati, sa bawat isang local, 7 na foreigners naman pwede ihire. usually pag construction mrami quota dahil pwede apply ng man year entitlement ung main con.
  • oo sis tama ka, 1 local = 7 work permits. Bale yung 4 locals = 1 spass xa :)
You can check mga agency saten dyan sa Pinas. Feedback sa mga kabayan naten na nurse, medyo mababa daw ang offer compared sa middle east, canada and US. Ang maganda lang daw e hawak mo passport mo and anytime pwede umuwi, just apply leave. Unlike sa middle east, once a year or 2 yrs ang uwian.
