Ano mas matimbang sa MOM: ung tinapos na kurso or yung Work Experience?

Ask ko lang po.
Registered nurse kasi ako sa pinas pero wala work exp. Sa hospital, just like the majority of us ung 5 years work exp. Ko is mainly Customer service/Call Centre.

:(. If I were you, gagamitin ko na lang yung tinapos ko as Nurse. Kaso one thing pa ulit, Nursing Aide magiging work mo dito if ever (under work permit yata to) medyo maliit sweldo. Pero may nabasa akong news na magbuboom ulit yung healthcare industry dito for the next few years.

Fair work practice kasi dito SG, rare yung case ng "underemployment". Dito malabo.

    Yun lang. :)

https://services.mom.gov.sg/sat/satservlet, pwede mo i-assess yung sarili mo using this.

Meaning preferred nola ung same work exp sa course na tinapos.

  • May friend ako na nasa SG ngayon Nursing course grumaduate, hindi board passer pero nasa Hotel cya nag work ngayon Front office, yun nga lang nag agency cya.
  • May "rare" cases just like what I've said earlier. Pero basta may pera kang pambayad sa agency which is most likely 2x - 3x ng salary, then okay no problem. Just make sure hindi nila dinoktor yung application mo.
  • tama si @jrdnprs maraming dinodoktor dito..

need kasi atleast 3 years exp/related sa inaapplyan trabaho..

Salary package daw 2.2K haha.. (wag magpapaloko)
  • case to case basis, few years ago nakakalusot yan basta solid skills and experience, pero ngayon mas mahigpit at mabusisi na review ng pass application, no harm in trying, pero don't expect that it will be easy.
