Para lang kayo nag hire ng virtual assistant, ang masama pa hindi niyo alam kung saan nila sine-send ang resume niyo,o kung ini-edit nila ang resume niyo, kung anong/sinong employer, anong job description, sasabihin lang nila kapag tapos niyo mag bayad ng susunod na fee to process your application.
Mas mainam na kayo mismo ang nag hahanap, nababasa niyo ang job role and description, alam niyo kung sakto yun sa skills and experience niyo at alam niyo ang employer, wala pa kayong nilabas na pera.
Nag co-cold calls and unsolicited emails lang din yang mga small fries na recruiter na yan, gaya niyo umaasa sila na may mag reply at pumansin sa daan daan nilang tinawagan at inemail.
At the end of the day kayo ang talo, kasi umaaasa sila na hindi na kayo mag hahabol ng refund o nakalabas na kayo ng bansa at wala ng capacity na mag refund.
Makipag transact kayo sa mga recruiter na nagpapabayad lang kapag hired ka na at approved na ang pass. Sila yung maayos kasi ang bayad ay after the successful service na na provide nila hindi yung wala pa ngang serbisyo ay nagpapabayad na agad.
