This house is a non crowded unit and it’s a 4 Room-A model, 8th Floor Corner unit and I’m one a male only occupying one Common room. There are no pets or any children living in this house and no visitors comes over and I don’t hold any parties in the house at all, so it’s very quiet and you will have full privacy. The room is Maximum for Two Tenants and No Kids please, Laundry can be done.
