    Depende kasi yan sa structure nung vendor/agency/company na yan. Sa mga malalaking vendors kapag wala kang project, pwede ka nila ilipat sa ibang projects kahit as non-billable consultant. Pero sa mga small sized na vendors/body shops, usually kapag walng client / project na mapaglagyan sayo eh terminate nila employment at pass mo, hindi yun bawal as long as nasa contract at given due notices.

    For bodyshop agencies, walang guarantee na mahanapan ka nila ng new employer kapag natapos yung contract sa current. In some case yung contract mo with the agency/bodyshop eh bound lang for your deployment sa current client. Kapag wala na yung contract nila dun sa client na yun o umalis ka dun, eh case to case basis na kung mahahanapan ka ba nila o ma deploy sa bago.

    Depende yan sa kontrata at agreement niyo nung agency.
    Kung IT vendor yan usually ma deploy ka sa ibang kliyente o project, pero kung body shop eh most of the time eh pag end ng contract eh end na din ng employment mo.

    Tungkol pala sa AWS (13th month) since nabanggit, kapag nghahanap kayo work or lilipat new work, try niyo negotiate yan during offer, tapos dapat nakalagay sa contract. Kasi kapag nasama sya sa contract mo na entitled ka sa AWS, eh hindi na siya discretionary, guaranteed na siya. Unless ilagay din sa contract na discretionary siya or nakalagay "may be entitled to".
    Kaya dapat sa salary/offer negotiation pa lang eh discuss niyo na deal breaker sayo yun. Usually applicable kapag alam mo na gusto ka talaga nila at may idea ka sa budget for that role.

    Kung December vacation/leaves ang main concern mo, subject to approval ang leaves, depende sa Manager mo. For months na maraming holidays, make sure you apply in advance, at least a month. Kung gusto mo umuwi ng December or end of year for Xmas or NY, make sure na early December or around November pa lang mag sabi ka na, ask permission, the later you apply the less chance na ma-approve lalo na sa mga job or industry na expected na maraming trabaho during year-ends.
    Kung di ka naman payagan makapag leave ng year-end, I'm sure papayagan ka naman to utilise your leaves on other months, mahalaga be open and transparent sa Manager mo, plan it ahead.
