prepare, research the role, the company profile, list down all your experiences and detailed responsibilities on those roles, be prepared to answer questions based on your OWN experience and skills not on others' experience.
Bawal yan, pareho kayong malalagot. Recently lang may kilala na nahuli, kinatok na lang bigla ng taga mom tapos ininterview sya to verify na nag wo-work sya part time sa employer na hindi naman nakasaad sa work pass niya. Kawawa...nawala ang trabaho at ang side line, lutang ngayon hintay matapos imbestigasyon.
Depende sa industry at size/resource ng company, may mga industry and company na sapat na yung declaration sa resume with/without employment certs. Pero kung MNCs or companies na important ang security at may resources to do and follow up the checks sinisuguro nila ung authenticity ng resume declarations.
Walang country wide standards na sinusunod dito regarding diyan, it falls down sa policy at resources ng company/employer.
Sobrang tagal ng June at wala kang assurance na i-aaply ka nga nila ng pass sa June. Kung wala kayo contract at wala kang work pass, verbal agreement lang, di sila obligado na swelduhan ka, di ka din pwede mag habol kung di ka nila swelduhan. Napakalaking kalokohan niyan, sa 2 months dami mong magagawang work for free. Malay mo temp work lang talaga need nila. Walang nag bi-bind sa inyo as employer-employee kung papayag ka sa ganyan na arrangement, next nila sasabihin sayo sa June na din sweldo mo then by that time, di sila obligado na tuparin yung verbal agreement niyo.

posible yan at pwede din naman, I know someone personally na ginawa yan 8years ago ata, at personally naka punta ako sa inuupahan niya sa JB. Ang masasabi ko lang eh hindi siya tumagal sa ganyang setup at after ko din masubukan eh I would not recommend it. To put it simply ang biyahe mo araw araw ay min 3 hours one way, that is kung ang work mo eh central, east, west, downtown Sg area. Siguro kung ang work mo eh sa Woodlands or Tuas area eh you can cut it to 2.5 hours na biyahe one way.
Bottomline minimum 6 hours of your day ay sa commute between home and work lang. Kapag na saktuhan ka pa ng traffic sa causeway eh baka maing 8hrs pa yan. Not worth the health and mental impact.
