  • Hi @annebueno . I suggest you get atleast 2 years of experience saten sa Pinas. Im not discouraging you to apply here in SG kahit fresh grad ka, but its just the reality here. We need certain advantage sa locals since ang tingin nila sa mga IT is expats, so they are looking for experience and some certifications, lalo na sa IT field. Get all the necessary experience and then, sabak na dito. Bata ka pa naman, so you can build your EQ there. Being an OFW is not all about skills, but emotionally dapat matatag na din tayo, lalo pa't minsan merong mga colleagues na bully and racist. Thats just my 2 cents kabayan. All the best!

I understand the excitement na kumita agad ng malaki, pero trust me it's better to start from the bottom and work your way up with experience, unless isa ka sa mga exceptions na rockstar developer na pagka graduate pa lang, which is dami na ngayon.
  • Hi @annebueno Fresh grad opportunities are usually for Locals and PR only since mababa ung inooffer na salary. Take note na you should be offered atleast 2600SGD to qualify for S PASS.

It's very unwise for an employer to hire a foreign Fresh Grad and pay them atleast 2600 SGD + levy.
