Spass rejection & appeal
Magseek po sana ako advice sainyo. Fresh grad po ako from UST, HRM, Cum Laude(batch 2018). Unang punta ko po dito sa Singapore inapply po ako ng Spass (position ko po si Supervisor, pero ang actual job ko lang is food & bev executive) under agency po sya, pero naapprove po after 2 weeks. I started to work at a Chinese Restaurant from Sept 28, 2018 ‘til now. Nakahanap po ako ng work which is more suitable sa course ko, under Park Hotel group. They applied for a new spass (Captain position, and actual position ko na po) last May 29, 2019 pero kanina rejected po ang result. $2,300 rin po ang basic offer sakin + benefits. The HR told me they’re checking with MOM regarding the reason bakit nareject. Anyone else who had experienced the same situation?

- pwede po nilang gawin yan kasi hindi ka naman makakapag-trabaho dito ng walang pass kahit may contract ka na. at normally, nakalagay sa kontrata yan na kailangang makakuha ka ng relevant working pass
sa resulta ng appeal, merong positive, pero meron din namang negative ang resulta. dasal at antay lang ang magagawa mo sa ngayon. at syempre, follow-up mo din minsan sa employer mo ang status
