Spass processing based on SAT

Hello, I recently accepted a job offer as QS po with Salary of 2300 before confirmation, then 2400 after confirmation po. Should I inform my employer na ganun lumalabas sa SAT and negotiate the salary? Or okay lang po yun?

Thank you po.

  • Thank you po @maya!

@Vaa Please check if there is a provision in your letter of employement about "Pay in lieu of notice". This means that if a notice period such as "1 month" is required for an employer to terminate a contract, a 'payment in lieu of notice' is the immediate compensation at an amount equal to that an employee would have earned as salary or wages by working through the whole notice period. Ibig sabihn, kapag may ganitong provision and you were NOT able to serve this "notice peiod", then you must pay the company the equivalent 1 month of your supposed salary, before you can leave and look for/transfer to another company. Gets?
  • @Gwapito_Ron salamat dyan sir, basahin ko nga ulit contract ko. hahaha! ang tanda ko kasi 3 months notice period pero as far as i can remember walang "Pay in lieu of notice".
Actually hindi nman s pagiging masamang tao, pero i see it as a positive sign dahil Spass ako under services. Jan lng ako nagstart s SG kaya kapag nababawasan ng pinoy dito, nagbibigay pagasa nman s mga tulad nming pinoy din n naiiwan. Pakiramdam ko nman may lilipatan n silang company dahil in demand nman ung line of work nila dito.

@kabo i totally disagree... if its not stipulated in the employment letter (pay in liue of notice), then u don't have any obligation to pay even if u did not serve in full ur notice period...

@Gwapito_Ron no problem bro, just answering based on what I know and based on my experience and the experience of other persons that I know

also, sa current at mga past na napasukan ko, palaging nakalagay yung pay in liue kasi kung wala ito, bakit pa sila maglalagay ng notice period? syempre lagi nilang ilalagay sa kontrata yung para sa proteksyon ng company; of course within the legal limits
