Don't fall for PR immigration advice tricks

Found a lof of ads in LinkedIn pertaining to PR immigration services.

Please read and understand before engaging them.

Fact Checks.

  1. These so called immigration agencies are not governed by a government body here in Singapore. They are just imitating the immigration agencies from other countries such as Australia, Canada, UK. If there is any unethical practice or scamming, they wont be held responsible as again, no government body is regulating/monitoring them. Check out www.mara.gov.au of Australia and you will understand what I mean.

  2. There are no clear guidelines published in Singapore ICA pertaining to criteria on obtaining a PR. Unlike other countries, they are transparent and clear cut that you need to reach a certain point to get invited or get approved. Therefore, it doesn't give you an edge when you engage them.

  3. All advice are based on their customer experiences. They will definitely tell you that you have a chance if you fall on their self made high criteria evaluation, however, when your application gets rejected then how? What is the alibi? "Strange... most of our applicants of your same criteria gets approved... perhaps quota met" :P because one really knows how your application is being evaluated.

  4. Applying for PR is simple but you need to be careful when filling out forms. If you don't know what to write. the best person to seek advice is non other na ICA themselves. and

Most important of all. You are not in your home country, leave those crappy attitude, mentality and behavior in you hometown. Be humble and grateful to SG. DO NOT LIE or CLAIM anything that is not true ! You are just staining the name of your own race because of this stupidity! (if you were to do lie)
