Processing of 2 Spass Application in MOM Allowed?
may nag-ooffet sa akin ng work sabay hindi ako sigurado kung ok lang magsign ako sa pareho para iprocess nila sa MOM.
1. Employment Contract na ung documents (under agency), hindi ako sigurado kung legally binding na un.
2. Pwede ko ba pirmahan parehong contract para maprocess na sa MOM ung SPASS, then kung alin mauna ma-approve dun ako tutuloy mag work?
3. Mag take effect lang ba ang employment contract dito sa SG sa first working day?

@carpejem , ung 1st agency kasi ang title agad ng document is employment contract kahit hindi pa naapply with MOM. Hindi ko tuloy sigurado kung binding na ung contract once pinirmahan ko, may naka state na agad na start date 1 month kahit wala pa IPA. Or once magstart lang ng work tsaka lang magtake effect ung contract.
Ung 2nd agency, employment offer lang, un sure ako na hindi pa binding ung contract.

1st Agency is mostly likely a scam. Pero sa case ng kaopsina ko offer letter hinidi employmen contract , tapos applyan cya ng SPAss. 1 day spass approval lang cya. nasa IT kasi.
2nd Agency, hindi binding. pero wag ka mag babayad ng kahit anu. usually eemail sayo at papipirhaman, need kasi ng employer ng offer letter para sa pag submit ng spass.
Tama, ung normal na narereceive ko is job offer muna, then MOM application, if approved next is medical. Kaya nagulat ako na employment conrract agad ung binigay nung 1st agency.
Ung 2nd agency, job offer lang, pero hindi naman nahingi ng bayad.
Nagkataon lang mas maganda ung offer sa 1st agency, kaso nakakaduda kaya hold ko na muna.
