Direct hire helper
Hi, Pwede ba mag direct hire ng helper sa pinas? Hindi na sana dadaan pa sa maid agency.
Ang helper is a family friend. No experience in Singapore but previously maid in dubai.
Meron ako nabasa dito na kahit May IPA na ooffload pa rin yung helper.
Ano ba mga documents need beside IPA for helper coming in to sg?

hello. yes po, pwede po. need to prep all docs and insurance hanggang ma-approve ang IPA. hindi po pwedeng nasa SG ang helper during the application of the wp.
pero ang IPA ay pwede lang gamitin papasok ng SG IO. sa phil IO ay hindi po.
lalabas ng pinas as tourist. and kasama na po dito ang risk na ma-offload
if lalabas naman ng Pinas with complete docs, need ng agency
Hi I checked with the ph embassy. pwede direct hire pero kelangan thru agency kasi mag pa register pa sila sa poea. d pwede apply lang ng work permit. di na allow ng ph embassy ang direct hiring without agency.
