My experience here in SG, Stressful but keep on moving no matter what!

Hi guys I just wanted to share my experience. Nka 10 interviews ata ako since nung dumating ako nung Feb. 11.

1.Nung una may magaaply na ng pass ko for Accounts/Admin assistant kaso nakita may rejected pass ako last 2015 so nag back out takot silang magastusan siguro I don't know anong reason basta sinabi nlng na may gagamit ng quota para sa higher position.

2-3. May dalawa naman accounting firm (accounts executive) yung isang upon checking sa MOM wala na pala syang quota at yung isa naman EPass iaaply sken pero di tama ipapasahod kaya di ko kinuha.

4. isa naman landscaping business (payroll assistant) 1700 lang sahod parang lugi naman ako sa laki ng expenses dito eh s pass yun kaya di ko kinuha. (sorry pero di naman sa maarte alam naman nten lahat kaya tayo andito para kumita ng maayos para sa pamilya)

5. Tapos isa naman duty free supplier (Accounts/Sales Assistant) same din di sila nakakuha ng quota sa mom kaya di na tinuloy application ko.

6. Then eto naman I got hired again for accounts assistant position from my interview last week. During my interview sinabi na nila sken na marami silang backlog specially sa AR at AP. Ako naman go ako sa challenges kasi more than 4 years yan ang hinawakan ko sa pinas. They called me yesterday that I need to render a training today until Friday to make sure daw that I can handle the task. The fact na accountant ako sa pinas need pa talaga nila i-assess yung performance ko about handling accounting works. They suggested pa na by friday if okay ang work ko magexit daw muna ako ng JB kasi iaaply nila pass ko by Monday dun nlng daw ako maghintay (alam kasi nila until sunday nlng visa ko). Syempre nanghingi ako ng mga advice sa ibang may experience dito at sa kakilala ko. And yes tama nga may 3-6 months probation period ang isang emplyado to assess if fit sila sa job. And why kelangan ng training na 8-6pm within 4 days para maassess? Para tapusin ko backlog nila? working for free? Porket malapit na maexpire visa ko akala nila kakapit ako sa ganung set up.

7. Today someone called me na naaply na daw ako ng pass wait ako ng results based sa MOM pinakamatagal na daw yung March 19 sa result. First interview ko to last Feb. 13 (monday) , saturday ako dumating Feb. 11 at ngayon last week ko na sila ngparamdam. God is Good still may pagasa pa. May problem is kung wala pa results until friday kelangan ko ng lumabas ng SG at di ko pa alam ano gagawin ko :(
