  • @AngeLCeline11 hindi mo ba nai-klaro yan sa HR mo? Minsan kasi me ganun talaga.
1st company, approved under company A. pero work ko 80% for A, 20% for B. same lng may-ari.

2nd company, approved under company A. work ko 50% for company A, 50% for company B. same din may-ari.

3rd company, majority ng work is company A, pero natulong pa rin ako sa ibang branches sa ibang bansa.
  • Baka brand siguro yung tinutukoy m?

  • @AngeLCeline11 , are you in the field of IT or Engineering? If yes, ganito ba ang scenario mo:
"Company A hired you to work for Company B?". Then, tawag dyan is "body shop". MOM is tightening this 3rd party hiring. This is rampant practice na sa IT industry nowadays, so better check ur options kabayan.

But if F&B ka or retails, it can be a branch so legal yan.
