IT people I need help

hello. madami IT db dito? may sinesend kasi ako na email tapos ang sabi ng GMAIL ndi daw valid ung domain pero nung tinary ko naman ibang email nilagyan ko lang ng .com.sg sabi ndi din daw valid pero ung nagreply ulit sken sa email same na same naman pero nakalagay via onmicrosoft.com
like for example [email protected] tapos ndi daw valid domain then nilagyan ko [email protected] then may nagreply ulit pero ung nag reply is [email protected] via apple.com.onmicrosoft.com meaning meron ganun email pero bakit ayaw magsend? gumawa na din ako outlook pero same pa din eh ayaw magsend. ANY HELP???

  • ung company very established naman tska un ang nakalagay na email nila eh. bakit naman sila maglalagay ng email na un if ndi working?

    Meaning po mali ung email address na sinesendan mo ng email kaya ka nakaka receive ng failure notice from the postmaster, or could be po na ung account mo po is compromised na by hackers and or spammers. You can try changing your password po and update your acct info. If you're using PC po better clean na rin po for malwares or viruses. Hope this helps po :)

    pero tanong lang din po nachange ko na lahat eh. tapos ung email na nilagay ko same din na binigay nila pero may failure notice pa din eh.
  • Hello po, na-try nyo po ba magsend using a different email address? try niyo rin po i log out ung e-mail nyo sa lahat ng devices if naka sync sa iba pang devices.
  • @gabski gumawa na ako ulit ng new email address pero same pa din eh. iniba ko na din ung passwrod ko tska ndi na nakasync sa ibang device. ibig sbhn ba nun mali ung nilagay nilang email? pero un naman nakalagay sknila eh. pinicturan lang.
  • Possible po na ganun, or try niyo po icontact ung customer service nila if meron po or other email po na pwede nyo sendan sila. kung wala naman po problem sa part niyo sa kanila na po un. Kaya po kasi nag eemail ng failure notice hindi po valid ung email ng recipient niyo po. Or un nga po na hack un account niyo, pero kung new account naman na po pero same problem pa din po wala na po ako makita na fix on ur end po.
  • Ahh okay po sige. bale puntahan nalang siguro sa head office nila much better. wala sumasagot sa landline nila eh. Thank you :)
