OEC - Verified Company Contract (To those who changed Employer)

I just wanted to inform yung mga nag "Change Employer" then uuwi or umuwi ng Pinas regarding OEC.

A new requirement is needed which is "Verified Employment Contract". Before kasi ang hinahanap lang is Original and Copy ng contract mo... but now kailangan "Verified" ng Philippine Embassy SG.

I'm now asking my company to help me to verify the contract pero syempre hassle dahil nung nagpunta akong POEA (Ortigas Main Branch, when I generate my OEC sa BMOnline) doon ko lang nalaman na need pala "i-verify ng Phil Embassy SG". Which if nasa Pinas ka na need mo pa ng SPA para ma-verify, etc...

Or better get your OEC na sa Singapore sa PhilEmbassy before going back.

Spass Card lang need mo then pa-appointment ka online for OEC, on the spot iuupdate nila system to your new employer.

  • @iamanndee - kakabalik ko lang today sa SG.

Yan dati ang systema provide mo lang itong documents + yung E-Appointment mo.

    1. Original and copy ng contract
    2. Original and copy ng passport
    3. Original and copy ng work permit

Pero ngayon you need to "verify" your contract sa Embassy ng Pilipinas sa bansang pinagtra-trabahuan mo sa case natin dito sa Philippine Embassy SG.

I'm just sharing this doon sa mga nag change employer at uuwi ng Pilipinas para hindi ma-hassle.

And yes much better to get OEC dito sa SG (PhilEmbassy) if nag change employer ka, kasi kapag hindi ka naman nag change employer sa BMOnline "OEC Exempted ka na"... not unless ang last na uwi mo is before pa na-implement yung BMOnline.
  • This is my prob now. Napakahassle na ngayon ng sistema nila. Tayo pa yung may lakas ng loob na manghingi or magtanong if legit ba yung employer natin. Hindi naman siguro ma-aaprove ni MOM if hindi legit noh. Grabeh napaka hassle.
    - Manghihingi tayo ng IC kung sino man yung nagsign ng contract mo (which is for them confidential)
    - Manghihingi ng certification of company registration (can be requested the site worth S$50 per copy)
    - Phil Standard Contract yung gagamitin or ipapaperma mo sa employer yung Compliance Letter

Please give some light for those who have done this process here in Singapore.

    Thank you.
  • @florabelle nkkaloka nga yang new requirements.
