Refused entry

Magtatanong lang mga bossing. Refused entry ako sa Singapore last year pagkagaling ko JB.. Ilan months ba before pwede makabalik? Nabasa ko sa advisory ng DFA na need pa magsend letter sa ICA para magrequest makapasok ulet kaso no guarantee. Problema e naka 2 months ako sa SG at me record ng rejected employment pass. Wala din ako kamag anak na PR or SC. Malabo na talaga ako makabalik?

    Kung hindi ka banned eh pwede ka naman makabalik, pero wala sino man dito makakapag sabi kung papapasukin ka at issuehan ng SVP ng immig. Malalaman mo lang yan kapag mismong andoon ka na sa entry point sa immig counter, wala naman makakahula dito sa magiging desisyon ng ICA, discretionary kasi ng bawat officers kung papasukin ka base sa records at purpose mo.

    Ok boss ty. Wala naman saken sinabi na banned ako. Wala din nakalagay sa passport ko. Ang kakaiba lang e yung special pass ko sa malaysia since pinabalik ako. Gusto ko sana kasi bumalik kaso wala ako local sponsor para dun sa reentry request sa ica. Nakakatakot bumalik lalo nat may record na ako sa kanila.

    Kaya sa mga nagbabalak umexit ng umexit e magiingat kayo. Para hindi matulad sakin. Hehehe.

    @DETH016 okay po. Ako kasi naoffload una. Then narefused entry pa. Plus rejected pass. Nakikita pala nila sa database yun pag inapplyan ka pass. Kaya alam na jobseeker ako. Kaya mukang malabo ako makabalik talaga. Hehe nakakatakot din lalo nat naoffice ako at pinabalik malaysia. Nakakatrauma masigaw sigawan ng IO. Pero buti at di ako airport to airport at wala sinulat sa passport ko.
