Reason for SPass Rejection
Kamusta mga kabayan! Kailan lang ay nareject ang aking application para sa SPass. Ang reason na ibinigay ng MOM sa agency na nag-apply sakin ay - only the company can apply for an spass and not through any agency.
Sabi sa akin ng agency ay pwede lang sila mag-apply sakin kung EPass pero kung SPass dapat ang Client nila ang mag-apply (therefore direct hiring and not thru agency).
May nakaranas na ba sa inyo ng ganito? Kasi mula sa mga nababasa ko, karamihan sa dahilan ay walang quota, kulang na dokumento, hindi qualified, enough locals can do the job.
