Job Title: Operations Executive for a Chauffeur Service Company
Job Duties:
- Manage recruitment of drivers, perform training and retention of driver
- Coordinate with drivers pertaining to job issues and conduct counselling to drivers
- Perform regular inspection checks on vehicles to ensure all are well maintain
- Plan and implement good practice and processes for drivers to improve on work flow to achieve excellent service level
- Investigate and resolve customers complaints/ feedback
- Serve as a contact person for all drivers pertaining to their job assignments
- Coordinate between drivers and work shop on car maintenance schedule
- Assist on other operational matters from time to time
Job Requirements
- Min Education Degree
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in operations environment
- Must have a valid Class 3 driving license
- Have a valid passport for non-Singaporean
