Need advice for Room Rental issue
Gusto ko lang po manghingi ng advice kasi ngayon aalis na kami ng girlfriend ko sa room na nirerent namin (magkahiwalay na room). Nagbigay kami ng 40 days notice sa (PINOY)main tenant namin, pero ang problema paalis na kami wala pa ding nakukuhang kapalit. Di nya daw ibabalik yung deposit namin hanggat walang kapalit. Hindi po ba unfair yun kasi pinapasa nila yung responsibility samen, e in the first place dapat alam nila ang risk ng pinasok nilang pagpaparent. Buti po sana kung hawak namin ang presyo, e kaso halos lahat ng nagtanong ang sinasabi kung pwede daw ba babaan yung rental fee which is beyond our control na po. Ginawa naman namin part namin, tinulungan namin sila maghanap ng tenant na papalit simula nag notice kami. Any advise or suggestions po? Salamat!

kayalang syempre kahit papano meron din kyo samahan ng MT bka pwedi pa makuha sa magandang usapan para hindi na kyo umabot sa small claim court..
Goodluck na lang masasabi ko diyan, dapat talaga shoulder ng main tenant yan, risk yan ng pag papa upa kaso nga alanganin din kasi mayado yung timing. Since may pass naman kayo at hindi turista pwede kayo mag reklamo sa small claims tribunal, kung sasabihin niyo sa MT na desidido kayo mag sumbong sa SCT para makuha yung deposit, eh patibayan na lang at hintayan ng move kung sino ang bibigay at susuko.
