hello guys.
Ask ko lang yun spass application ko iniapply ng isang company but until now eh yun previous application pa din sa ibang company nalabas sa MOM online na rejected.


pedi bang na apply.nila pero di nalabas MOM online?

base from my experience and from some stories that I've heard from my friends with pending pass application. One major cause is the QUOTA allocation for foreigner for S_pass. For E Pass, depends on the qualification and sa company. If the company is under TEMASEK Hldgs. less than 24 hours may result na. Other private companies, will take 2-3 working days.

Hi, Ask ko ln Pending pdn pass renewal ko (S-PASS) and hagggang next week (Monday) na lang yung current pass validity..kung ndi pa approve this week (sana maapprove this week), anong need kong gawin? Stay pa din ba sa sg or what? Thanks

@jaegu Late ka nirenew ng HR mo? Better asky your HR kung anong dapat mong gawin. Nangyari yan sa kaopismate ni misis na Indonesian dati, no choice sya kundi bumalik muna ng Indonesia tapos balik nung approve na.

@ezzy yes mejo late na parang next week lang ata nila pinasa, pero july o august ko pa hineads-up skanila ung pass ko..iask ko sa HR pag ndi pdn naapprove this week, mahirap na maoverstay kung ndi pa pwede..salamat sa sagot

@jaegu exit ka muna and make sure ung exit mo is at least 2-3 days para sure ball makakabalik ka ng maayos sa Sg.

thanks sa inputs @ezzy @jm2017 @Vincent17 , hindi nko nagexit tinanong ko kasi sa aytch-ar kung pwede pko magstay at sabi nila inextend ung pass ko. kakaapproved ln ngayon ng pass ko exactly 3 weeks from submission.

Ask ko lang, once the company applied for the pass, makikita ba agad yun online? Or it takes time din? Kasi sabi, iaapply na pero di pa nag reflect online. Thanks

@iampinay , yung sakin kasi before as soon as sinabi sakin nung HR na naiapply na, nakita ko na agad online. Baka hindi pa naiaapply. Give it sometime, maybe a day or two, if wala pa din talaga saka na lang mag follow up.

Kung wala pa online malamang di pa na start i-process, sabi naman di ba iaaply na, hindi nai-apply na.
Wait until end of the day, bago mo check. Kung wala pa din, malamang di pa na apply.

Thanks po sa reply. If you tried SAT, and with the salary offered and considering the experience, hindi sya eligible Sa EPASS, meaning for SPASS lang eligible. Need pa a bit higher salary para pumasok Sa EP. Then the company apply for EPASS. May chance pa rin ba ma-approve?

kapag inapply ng EP pero di eligible, MOM cna approve an SP instead kung may quota ang employer for an SP, pero kung wala either reject or slim chance na approve for EP kung within the eligibility rules naman, kahit SAT said otherwise.

For example, salary offered is 4000. Sa SAT, Eligible for Spass lang. If 4100, eligible na Sya sa Epass.

Since the company offered 4000 then will apply for EPASS, may chance pa ba ma approve?

Aw thank you! Kala Ko kasi, kapag ini apply ng employer ng EPASS, ma re reject lang, then if it is already rejected, i-appeal nila with SPASS naman or EPASS ulit but they will increase the offer.

Nagtaka lang ako, may kakilala kasi ako ini apply ng company ng EPASS. Then it was rejected na. So ini appeal, this time SPASS na ini apply. And na approve.

Then I've read this Sa MOM Website.

"If the SAT shows that the candidate is not eligible, you shouldn't apply for the Employment Pass because it will be rejected."

@iampinay, will it really matter if EPASS or SPASS yung mai-apply? Kasi all pass holders will share the same fate if hindi marenew yung pass. Regardless if si EPASS kumikita ng $4k or si SPASS na kumikita ng $5k or vice versa.

Tapos medyo pahirapan pa yung pagrenew ng EPASS ngayon. Tingnan mo yung nangyari kay @Suddenly_Susan if you have read her thread.

If push talaga ng EPASS, ask ur HR officer na kung ano yung lumabas na requirement ng SAT na sweldo, yun yung iapply para more chances of approval.

Actually it doesn't matter to me, Ang gusto ko lang approved yung pass. Kaya worried ako, kasi I informed my employer na Spass lang ako eligible as per SAT assessment, but the employer keep on saying they will apply Epass. Wala naman sila dinisclose why gusto nila Epass ako, so now inassume ko na walang quota for Spass yung company Kaya ipilit nila Epass. Anyways, hoping ako na ma approve yung pass. Yun lang gusto ko.

@iampinay, kaya gusto ni employer ng EPASS kasi wala ng levy. Malaki din kasi levy ng SPASS. Hmmm. Pag nareject yung application mo sa EPASS, sabihin mo na lang ulit na itry yung SPASS. Pero kung push pa din sila sa EPASS, mas pabor sayo kasi palaki ng palaki yung sweldo na dapat nila ibigay sayo matching your calibre as an employee.

Ang problema lang, yung long waiting time ng trial and error ng pag aapply ng pass.

Depende din kasi sa HR na naghahandle. Nung inapply ang pass ko katabi ko yung HR, pinagtry nya muna ko ng SAT, tapos kung ano yung result dun, yun yung inapply.

Kaya nga po eh. I even sent them screenshots Kung anong salary papasok ang Epass saken. Kulang pa ng konte. Ahaha. Not sure ako if increase pa Nila kasi nung nareceive Ko yung contract, may increase yung salary compare Sa napag usapan. Gusto Nila talaga epass, pero as per SAT. Kulang pa rin. Haha. Hope and pray na lang ako.

@iampinay mahir@iampinay nagfillup kana ng application form? sinabi ba ng company wala si quota, kaya epass ang inaapply sayo?

Nag fill up nako ng form, Nasend Ko Na mga docs. But I think Hindi pa nila na apply kasi no record pa online.
