E Pass REJECTED - Will Try S Pass with lower salary

Hello mga Kabayan,

Seeking for your thoughts, last July nag apply po yung employer ko ng E pass then na reject noong August.
Tapos ngayon i ttry nya daw ulit, so from my end nag try ako ng Self Assessment Tool for Pass employment kaso ang result na lumbas ay " Based on the information you have provided, the individual is likely to qualify for an S Pass only. ".

Then nag try ulit ako but this time tinaasan ko yung sahod to 7000 then ang result is Both S Pass to E Pass.
Ang problema neto noong ininform ko ang employer ko sabi nya kung S pass daw ang iaaply nya babawasan nya daw sahod ko..

Advice naman po diyan para maliwanagan po sana ako..

    Pwede naman ni employer i-apply yung SPASS ng hindi binababaan yung salary mo. I think mas ok yun. wag babaan salary, pero apply for SPASS.

    @rose.lyn_12 Pag sinabing likely to qualify for both S Pass or E-Pass.
    Do they have Quota for Spass?- Dehado ka parin
    So the choice is only E-pass but still rely on your qualifications & salary.
  • @carpejem sabi niya ako lang daw ang magiging spass holder sa empleyado nya kung sakali..
    kaya feeling ko hindi problema ang quota... young reason kaya daw babawasan yung sweldo ko dahil daw doon sa levy na babayaran nila...

    Meron ba dito na iba nating kabayan na naka experience ng kagaya ng saken?

  • @rose.lyn_12 ganun naman talaga mga employer, laging sinasabi mataas ang levy kaya mababa sahod.

    well basta wag lang bababa sa 5K para makuha mo family mo.
