good morning, everyone. nasa Pilipinas po ako ngayon pero nainterview na ako ilang beses thru Skype. kung sakali pong positive ang maging resulta, may tanong po ako regarding OEC requirements:

1. Okay lang po ba na photocopy or scanned copy ang employment contract at IPA?
2. Kailangan pa ba ipa-authenticate ang employment contract? if yes, paano po ito gagawin?

    kailangan mo muna magpa member sa OWWA bago ka ma issuehan ng OEC. OWWA members lang ang ini-issuhan ng OEC.

    Sa OWWA membership, need mo ng copy ng contract at IPA kung sa Pinas ka magpapa member.
    Kung dito, kahit yung valid work visa at contract na lang (in some cases hindi na tiitngnan ng embassy yung contract kung may valid work visa na pero bring it just in case).

    thanks tambay7. i thought iisang process lang ang OWWA registration at pagkuha ng OEC.

    dito sa POEA (sa Pilipinas) ko balak magpa register sa OWWA at kumuha ng OEC (para hindi na ako magkaproblem sa immigration sa NAIA).

    Kaya ang concern ko is tatanggapin ba ang photocopy lang ng Employment Contract at IPA?

    Tama yan na legal ka lalabas ng bansang Pilipinas. PERO, marami ang nagsasabi na mas okay na dito na lang mag apply sa SG, lumabas ka as tourist kasi less hassle at di ka na magiintindi ng kung ano-anong authentication.
