Hello mga lodi, plano ko sna lumipat or mghanap ng work kc 2years 8months nko ngwwork sa company as creative designer pero wla man lng increase sa sahod ko ska wla akong OT pay at nkakastress yung working environment lalo na yung mga katrabaho kong chekwa laging ngsasagutan kpg may mali sa design. I was thinking na plano kong lumipat ng ibang company pero mgtatanong nko sa inyo kung ok lng ba na mgresign muna ako before apply or kpg nkanap nko ng employer tpos mgresign? Salamat sa mga sasagot

Humingi kaba ng appraisal? kung exceeding expectations naman ang deliverables mo, wag ka mahihiya humingi ng raise. isa sa mga natutunan ko kasi dito sa SG is minsan ang employer ay reactive, not proactive. Kelangan nating magsalita or mag-open up.
After my first 2 years sa company (annual business review, both reviews above my target KPIs), akala ko magkakaron nko ng raise. wala pa din. so kinausap ko boss ko, naglakas ng loob nko. binigyan naman ako 500 na raise at additional 0.5 day sa annual leave (LOL) pero me disclaimer sha na yung next na possible appraisal ko is after 2 years ulit, contingent sa performance ko. Yung downside is tinaasan yung sales targets ko pero ok lang kasi kaya naman.

Alam ko pwede mag-apply ng bagong pass kahit may work ka pa.
Unless maapprove yung bago mong pass, saka ka na lang magresign.
Mahirap yung nagresign ka kagad tapos nung inappply ka nung bagong company rejected pass.
Tandaan: Once icancel ni current employer ang pass, may 30 days ka na lang to find a new job.
Sa totoo lng kinausap nko ng boss ko bago ngend contract ko..sabi nya iincrease nya nmn sahod ko PERO may nakita daw xang mali sa ginawa ko example na reject yung printed artwork pero kita nmn sa email na ngagree yung client na proceed to print pero kinampihan prin ng boss ko yung client. Naddeduct pa sahod nmin kpg mali yung prinint mo LOL no wonder ngaaway yung ksma ko dito. Kung ngwork ako tlgang ingat na ingat ako at double check tlga pero d tlga maiiwsan na mgkakamali ka din lalo na’t very urgent jobs..ang hirap tlga kpg nsa design/printing industry ka. Ang daming mong gnwang tama pero d nla nppansin pero just 1 simple mistake lng npkabig deal na sa knla.

Pede pla mgapply sa ibang company kht active pa work pass sa current. Try ko mgtiis hnggng 3 years pra mgnda sa resume pero nkakatemp n 2loy lumipat hehe
Pansin ko lang, if feeling mo deserved mo yung increase, wala naman masamang manghingi basta kausapin ng maayos yung boss. Saka dapat talaga kahit anong mangyari, good shot ka sa immediate boss mo.
@suezo walang masama mag apply kahit naka 2 years na kontrata ka. Kaso make sure mo yung terms and conditions ng contract mo.
Sakin kasi, I need to render 2 mos. If gusto ko urgent resignation, I have to pay for equivalent 2 mos of my salary. Or if yung company ko ay tinanggal ako, they have to pay me 2 mos of my salary also.
Ewan ko lang ang sistema kapag agency hired. Yun lang.
