Approved Pass but no contract yet, and got new offer with other company

Hello, hingi naman po ng advise, or baka may naka experience na nito.

Bale, kaka approve pang ng Spass. Agency yung nag apply. Then wala pa binigay na contract. Details lang ng salary yung sinabi. Eh kasi hinihintay pa daw confirmation ng Client. So basically, hindi pa maka start ng work kasi wala pa client.

Then may ibang company po, direct hire na willing mag apply ng bagong pass. Pano po ba ito, ok lang ba yun na mag reresign agad sa current to think na hindi pa naman nag start ng work? Ayaw ko din naman magalit yung agency. By the way, yung agency is walang bayad na mga placement fee,etc. Para silang headhunter.

    @apple Spass approved or IPA palang? Spass card would be enough and as good as contract.

    Sir @carpejem actually po nacheck online pa lang, nakita na approved yung pass. Pero wala pang contract na napirmahan. Kaya wala pa start date ng work. Wait pa yung client.

    Then other company na direct hire is gusto mag apply ng pass.

    Meaning po ba, bawal na mag accept ng offer sa kabilang company Kasi approved na yung Spass from agency?

    As far as i remember from discussions here before, I think direct hire company can still apply for your pass. Once approved, you may ask for agency to cancel your pass.

    Guys, please correct me if I'm wrong :)

    @apple that means IPA pa lang yan. hintayin ma nalang na ma-approve yung spass mo saka ka mag resign.

    @carpejem ano po kaya bearing nun, yung hindi ka pa nakaka start mag work, then magreresign na. Masama ba agad yung record? Pero wala pa kasi contract na napirmahan. So hindi alam yung office hours, vl sl, etc. Sweldo lang talaga yung nadisclose. Kasi sabi sa client manggagaling yung contract.

    Isa pang worry is, advisable ba na mag resign even hindi pa approved yung pass sa direct hire company?

    What if mag wait for the approval ng direct hire company, pero bago ma approve ay nabigyan na ng contract and may mga bond?
