    yes meron mga agencies na ganun ngunit ito ay depende sa usapan at certain factors to consider.

    Normally, half ng agency fee ang pwede i-salary deduction (spread out into 2 payments).

    Example: 2k sweldo. maglalabas ka ng 1k muna tas sa first 2 months mo, kakaltasan ka ng 500 per month.

    wag mo munang isipin yan. hanap muna ng work. Antanong, kung me makita ka mang ganyang agency eh meron ba silang hiring that time?

    @nylanor30 depende sa situation ng agency, kung meron naman makakaya ng 1time payment at pareho kayo ng chance sa ibang applicants, idont think papayag sila ng sal. deduc. pero kung ikaw nalang ang choice at walang iba pwede kang maki-usap sa kanila... siguro naman mag-aagree sila kung ikaw nalang natitira sa company na iyon.
