Questions on In-Principle Approval and S-Pass

I am an avid reader of Pinoy SG since I started my job hunt for an opportunity in Singapore.
Sana po ma-enlighten niyo ako sa mga questions ko regarding S-Pass and IPA.
Here is my professional background para may idea kayo.
Profession: IT Consultant
Yrs of Exp: 2 yrs +
I started my job hunt last January 4 and accepted a job offer last week. If all goes well ipprocess na nila ang work pass ko on the first week of March. I am still employed sa current company ko dito sa Pilipinas and hindi pa ako nagsusubmit ng resignation sa aking manager.
Questions:
1) Kailan best magsubmit ng resignation considering na ang notice period ko ay 60 calendar days? Pag naapprove na ba ang work pass or pag nagsimula ng maprocess ito?
2) Gaano katagal ang validity ng IPA, based sa mga nabasa ko... within 60 days dapat ay ma onboard na ang employee ng SG employer niya. May katotohanan ba ito?
3) Hindi ba ako magkakaron ng problema sa SPASS approval kung ang inoffer sakin na sweldo ay within EPASS range?

Sorry, I don't get your question. Could you please elaborate.
Noted on points 1 and 2.
For number 3, For example ang inoffer na base salary sakin falls under EPASS range (3600 and above) tapos SPASS lang ang iaapply ni potential employer para sakin, wala bang magiging problema dun?
On point 2, 6mos na pala? Dati 60days lang nakalagay sa IPA. End of Nov lang ako naapprove. Ito check mo sa mismong IPA mo, nakaindicate un.
Tas on point 1, 3wks ang processing ng pass. Then anghaba ng 2mos notice. Confirm mo sa employer if willing to wait sila ng ganun katagal. If not, then ikaw magaadjust.
@maya i think 6 months yung maximum validity that they can give.
@nestedloop validity is indicated sa IPA. naka-bold font yun sa first page para di mo ma-miss. hahaha. One more thing, IPA's validity can be extended for up to 1 month. You can ask your employer to do that for you.
Based sa conversation namin ni potential employer mukhang swerte ko at willing to wait sila
Cool! Kung pwede nila iextend mas okay yun para flexible.

Just an update po, na-apply na ni potential employer ko yung S-Pass application this week.
Nagsend sa akin ng screenshot si potential employer na may confirmation together with the application number, pero upon checking sa EPOL, I get this weird error E0000236 : no record found..
Sana po ma-enlighten niyo ako regarding this.
Hindi ba real time nagrereflect ang application sa system?

2. Pag may result na medical mo, ipapaschedule ka ng HR for mom registration. Pipicturan ka dun at kukunan thumbprint. Pwede kna magstart sa work nun kasi tatatakan ung papel mo ng temporary work pass. After 3-4days, saka marereceive ung card.
2. Once your Medical is fine, your Card will be delivered shortly, just wait

Baliktarin ko question mo ah, gawin natin in sequence form:
2 Saka yung Card for employment pass kasabay po ba ni employer iaapply sa MOM w/ my medical results?
So ganito bes:
1. pa-medical ka muna. pag may result na, ibigay mo yun kay employer.
2. Iaaply ka ni employer for appointment with MOM.
3. punta ka sa MOM on your appointment schedule, saglit lang yun when i had mine. may kukunin na documents from you tapos kukunan ka ng thumbprint and photo.
4. Wait for the delivery ng pass.

1. Once you get your pass, pa-appointment ka sa embassy. tapos punta ka dun. apply ka ng owwa. bring necessary docs. nasa website nila yun besh. read up.
