Payroll Specialist (Homebased in PH)

JOB DESCRIPTION
As an established consulting company based in Singapore, we are currently looking for a qualified payroll specialist to join our dynamic team. The role is to be based in Philippines.

The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for the timely processing of international payrolls, ensuring that employees are paid correctly, completing of payroll process and updating various accounts database.

Responsibilities:
• Audit timesheets accurately to ensure salaries and other allowances are properly distributed
• Prepare and execute pay orders through payroll system
• Run and generate all necessary Payroll reports such as accounts reconciliation reports and email to client or review and approval
• Review, analyse, and check payroll for accuracy and any variances reported, adjust, and correct
• Communicate with HR team to make necessary changes / updates to accounts


Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• Possess good analytical skills, detailed oriented, good with figures, problem solving
• At least 1 year of working experience related to payroll
• 2 Full time positions available
