Daming local na fresh graduate dito sa HR/Admin background, plus ung mga graduates pa sa ibang industry na interested at capable din pumasok sa HR/Admin. Point is, ang dami mong kalaban, locals, foreigners, fresh grad na HR/Psych, experienced na HR/Psych, fresh grad sa ibang background, experienced sa ibang background. Waste of your time and money wala ka namang sapat na bala. Get some experience muna back home para may bala ka.

Few things lang makakapag pa notice sa CV mo dito sa Sg:
1. SKILLS and EXPERIENCE
- Industry knowledge, background, exposure
- Education background/Degree
- The rest are just trivial details if not anecdotal
#1 yung skills and experience, the rest eh any order after na lang. Kaya kailangan mo talaga ang bala
un nga lang konting tiis lang sa sahod. ang importante doon ay ung matuto ka.
gaya nga ng sabi dito medyo mababa ang chance na makakuha ng work kasi ung HR dito kalimitan local ang kinukuha. pero nasa iyo parin yan kung itutuloy mo.
@norfaaaaa maraming di tinuturo sa school at itinuturo man at di mo naintndihan, pagdating sa actual work, mas madali pala intindihin at makabisado lalo kung araw2 na ginagawa. Sa akin, applicable ito, ewan ko lang sa iba. So wag ka maintimidate, wag mo pangunahan ng takot, try mo muna apply ng IT jan sa pinas. Pag di mo tlga bet, saka mo ipush ung gusto mong HR. Lesser chance of winning nga lang dito.
