EMPLOYER DELAYING THE WITHDRAWAL OF IPA

I've been searching for discussions related to my case but I haven't found one.
This is my case. Salamat sa pagbasa
company A
1. interviewed, discussed the terms but no contract signed yet.
2. filled up the form, siningil nila ako ng 3-digit amount to which I paid.
3. pinasign-an ako na magbbyad ng 3-digit amount again pag na-approve to which I signed out of desperation.
4. SPASS approved but not undergone medical, thumbprint, etc.
5. 'nung pinagreport ako the next day upon approval, pinapasign-an skin ung contract na may naka-indicate na pag inalis nila ako w/in the 2-yr contract for certain reasons like based on my performance, magbabayad ako ng 5-digit amount.
6. attached to the contract, another paper, kinukuha nila ung passport ko for safekeeping daw.
7. Hindi ko sinign-an ung contract because of those terms.
8. kinausap ko sila in person. oo daw wwithdraw nila.
9. 4 weeks na nakalipas, hindi pa winiwithdraw. I have been calling and sending emails, pero no reply at all.
10. God's will, na extend ako online for 30 days again.
11. mag-seself expire ung ipa on june 1 same ng paglast ng extension ko.
12. may mga applications na ako na nasayang lang dahil hindi ako maiapply ng bago hanggang hindi nawwithdraw ung luma.
13. what will i do?
14. will i report to mom ? or simply wait for the self expiration?
15. be careful guys, upon researching, and asking filipinos sa linked in, mostly kumukuha sila ng pinoy. I suggest, ask for the contract first before i-apply ang pass. And don't do things out of desperation. laging kung ano ang tama dapat.
And also fellow Filipinos, I am posting this para maging aware kayo and para hindi mangyari sa inyo.
This company has caused me a lot. Money, effort, and most especially time po. Hindi biro ang maghintay ng isang buwan para sa wala dahil lang ayaw i-withdraw ung IPA ng company. They left me hanging and keep on delaying and delaying the withdrawal.
May nakasabay akong pinay dto sa cmpany na 'to and pinag-iintern siya for 1 week and depende sa performance kung iaapply. pero it seemed na hindi iaapply and ginamit lang siya dahl kulang sa tao.
naghanap ako sa linkedin ng mga nagwork na dto, and to my surprise mostly Pinoys ang mga hinihire nila for the admin, accounting jobs. And according to one former employee, 'un talaga ang practice ng company. and she even warned me na 'wag magtiwala dahil tuso un.
My fault din naman, kasi naniwala ako and pumayag out of desperation. I know in the first place na may something fishy but pinush through ko pa rin and now i'm having a hard time because of that decision.
We should start things right in the first place.
All things should be BLACK AND WHITE when finding a work.
'wag magtiwala agad sa employers. CONTRACT FIRST before applying for the pass.
Do not let them hold our passports dahil illegal un.
If it is a direct employer, wag magbayad ng kung ano ano kapag siningil ka. 'wag maging desperado. employer should shoulder all costs relevant to your application.
We should know our worth and we deserve fair treatment.
Right now, naka-extend ako for another 30 days in God's grace.

kukunin passport, magbabayad ng application, me penalting babayaran pag natanggal sa work - these are all bullshits. jan palang alam mo ng hindi magiging maganda ang stay mo sa company.
time is running out. need yan macancel asap.
company po ito. sa totoo lang po wla po akong hard evidence regarding sa contract, dun sa passport, at dun sa binayaran ko upon applying for my pass. on the spot po ksi sya and kaharap ko ung manager so hindi ko nagawng picturean.
kya po nttkot ako na i-report kasi iba po ung nakalgay na sahod dun sa ibbgay nila skin. baka po baligtarin po nila ako in the end. baka lalo lang po akong mgkaproblema
@Bert_Logan wala po akong hawak na contract. ang hawak ko lang po ay mga emails ko na hindi ako nirereplyan ng company na un nung pinapawithdraw ko na po..
@carpejem may binanggit po siyang agency. parang dun daw ibabayad. pero feeling ko po niloko lang ako kc ung manager po ung nagkey-in .
di ko po tlga alam gagwin ko. sa loob ko po gsto ko isumbong kaya lang nttkot po ako na bka lalo lang ako mgkaproblema. malapit na din namn po maexpire ung IPA june 1 po. same ng last day ko po dto.
