Meron na po ba ditong nakatry na magpa-extend na "sponsored by company"? If meron na po pwede kaya na 89 days and i-apply.
Recently kasi nag apply kami online ng 30days extension pero "not successful" tapos mag aappeal kami this friday na yung company ko pumayag na mag-sponsor.

Yun nga yung approach ko dito pero nag-insist sila na bakit hindi na lang daw company sponsored para mas mataas chance. Sasamahan din po ako nung Manager na SC kaya tingin ko ok naman.
Yung Form 41 po sa ICA site yung finill-upan ko at may choice naman dun kung company o individual.
Ang tanong ko na lng po kung 30days extension ba ilalagay ko or pwede ng 89days since company sponsored naman.
Or pwedeng dun ko mismo itanong sa ICA kung ilang days ang allowed pag company sponsored?
pwede yan individual sponsor hindi by company.
kasi kung pwede magsponsor ang company ginawa na yan ng maraming company dito na naghihire ng banyaga.
pwede mag issue ng letter ung company mo to extend your visit visa kung may IPA kana habang nagaasikaso ka ng papers para sa pass mo.
Worst case, you go to JB and wait until lumabas IPA mo. Etong option nato is if meron kang inaantay na IPA. You can re-enter SG with your IPA as valid legal document. If ur extending pero wla pa kasiguraduhan na inaapply ka, better be back in Pinas and magpalamig na muna dun.
Yung wife ko po ang i-eextend. Nagtry na po kami online para sa wife ko then "not successful" yung result.
Tapos ngayon try namin mag-appeal with company sponsor since pumayag naman yung company na pinagtatrabahuhan ko.
So ano po kaya ang mas ok na gawin? Nabasa ko kasi dito na pwede daw mag-appeal personally if not successful.

FYI, hindi pala pwede yung company namin, may allowed lang daw sila na mga company.
Buti na lang SC yung kasama ko kaya nakaappeal kami as individual. Mabilis lang yung process basta kumpleto yung docs.
