MALING INFO FOR SPASS APPLICATION- HELP PLS

Hi Kabayans,
May problema yung surname may idea ba kayo sa MOM application. Ang Diploma ko magkadikit ang "DELA". Pero sa Passport ko "DE LA" ang nakalagay. For Key in napo ako. May chance parin po ba ma approve? or may documents ba akong need iprovide like Affidavit of same person? Hope to hear from your tips. Thank you

    sa mga SG forms, normally ang nakalagay ay NAME AS PER PASSPORT pag wala ka pang PASS. so yung sa passport mo ang gagamitin during key-in

    with regards sa DIPLOMA, kung tingin mo na baka maging issue. pwede kang pumunta sa embassy para kumuha ng affidavit

    * wait tayo ng reply ng iba baka may naka-experience na ng pareho sayo

    Ah okay po. Wala pa po kasi ako sa SG. Bale nag hohonor naman po ang MOM ng mga Affidavit right?

    basta po legal document and ENGLISH version tinatanggap po nila. pero there are also chances na hihingan ka ng additional docs pag para sa kanila ay kulang pa or hindi enough na katibayan

    alam ko pwede ka humingi ng certification sa Embassy...kaso yung embassy hihingian ka naman ng NSO or some proof na ikaw din ung nag iisang person na yun.
